Y/N's POV:
The next morning I wake up way too early. Unfortunately, I know exactly where I am, and it's not home. At least not my old home.
I wish I could just sleep half of the day, if not all of it, away but I can't fall asleep again, even though I keep trying for about an hour. When I finally accept that it's not going to work, I'm even more annoyed than during the previous hour.
I angrily kick the blanket away, and when it doesn't come off, I grab it with both my hands and throw it on the floor for good measure. How could my life become this shitty in such a short time? At least the weather doesn't seem to be too bad today.
Still caught up in my thoughts I get up and get ready for the day, because I don't know what else to do. By the time I'm done the sun is shining brightly; it looks warm outside. I decide to go outside and explore the neighborhood. Maybe that'll be nicer than staying inside and thinking about how much I hate this house, I hate having moved and I hate my parents in this moment.
I was right, it is warm. For a moment I just pause in front of my house and let the sun shine on my face. It's nice, it almost feels like I'm back at home, at my old house. It was so much warmer there. Then a slightly colder breeze brings me back to reality. I shut the door behind me, and take a few steps down the small path that leads from my house to the sidewalk. Only then I realize that I am not alone.
