A/N: Feeling a bit tired lately, but always trying to keep a positive outlook on things and always grateful. Hoping that all things work together for good, and that everyone will be in good health and safe! Take care, everyone!

Damien POV

Alonso seemed extremely agitated that morning, tugging at his hair, fiddling with his watch, while going towards the window with a look of anxiety strewn across his face. I found his behaviour worrisome and wanted to get to the bottom of it.

"Alonso, where do you think you're going?" I asked since the guy was wearing out a hole in the carpet, pacing to and fro in the students' room.

"I've got to do something...I've got to go to him..." He replied, balling up his fists so tight you could see the knuckles turning white.

"Easy...Take it easy, Alonso. Bron isn't going anywhere. Besides, you told us that he was going to find a way to see you. Isn't that what you wanted? It sounds as if he really likes you...a lot!" I tried to calm a very antsy Alonso. I've never seen a guy so distraught over someone he loves. It was a totally new side of him which revealed itself to us.

Mick totally mimicked Alonso by repeating the same exact words, like a parrot, annoying us all. He was giggling like an incessant schoolgirl all the while Nik was trying to hush him. I swear to God I could have just whopped him one for teasing the heck out of Alonso.

We heard a clamor of voices coming towards the room. It sounded like the rest of the football team was trudging up the stairs. Did we all suddenly get a free period? I wondered what was going on.

The door knob turned and in came the coach and the rest of our teammates, holding our trophy high in the air, chanting our cheer for the Rampant Rebels. The guys hugged one another, hoisting me aloft in the air so high, my head almost smacked the ceiling!

"Okay...okay...Yehey...Yeah...Err...Thanks Guys! Now please put me down" I pleaded with our lovely but rowdy bunch who finally conceded and put me down carefully. I was grateful as soon as my feet touched the carpeted floor.

"Okay, settle down boys. The reason why I called you all here today is because I've got an announcement to make. As you all know I was going to retire after we went to the Nationals, and I want to introduce you all to the man who's taking my place. You've all actually met him already and played against his team during the finals. He's here with his boy Bron, who happens to be a great ball player as you might have noticed..." As soon as he said Bron's name, we all looked at each other, eyes wide open. Alonso's face lit up immediately.

"But...Coach...The man is two states away. You mean he moved all the way here?" I broke off, somewhat startled by the news.

"Yep, the man was so super impressed with you boys, and when he heard that my position was up for grabs so he took it. He's a damn fine coach and a buddy of mine actually. Rhet, get in here..." He beckoned to two people who now entered the room.

It was getting awfully crowded in the small room, with hips and asses bumping against each other. I was quietly perusing the entire room, noting how many hands were gently caressing some butts out there, chuckling to myself.

Sure enough, Bron and the man I assumed was his dad, Rhet Tambernay entered. Rhet was almost as physically fit as my dad was. Well if looks were anything to come by, I now understood where Bron got his from. Rhet was a very good-looking and I assumed single dad, which got some of the boys staring. He grinned nervously as he shook the coach's hand. The coach then introduced each of us to them both.
