Chapter 25: Appa..

"Mwo? Logan is alive?! How did it happen?" Joo Dan tae shouted on the top of his lungs. He threw away all the things that were in front of him. He also holds Sec. Jo's collar. "I told you to bring the most dangerous bomb, why is that man still alive ?" Joo Dan Tae's voice is now very angry. Then Seojin came, "Logan is alive and we can use that to put all the blame to Sooryeon. Are you that dumb, Dan Tae-ssi?" Seojin pissed him off . "Yah, Cheon Seojin. I am not dumb." Dan Tae looked at Seojin firmly. "Someone gave me a tip where we can put Logan."
"Where?" Dan Tae replied. "At your secret basement. We can put him there. Baek Junki knew about the bomb accident too. " Seojin explained. "Okay, by the way, how did you know Junki?" Dan tae asked as if he was curious. "It was Logan who brought him out of the mental hospital but he betrayed Logan and found me. He and Logan were supposed to go back to Korea together but Junki refused and just went back with me instead. " Seojin said and left after. She didn't let Dan Tae talk with her that long. She went back directly to Hera Palace. While she was walking, she saw Yoon hee, Yoonchul and Rona being happy together. "Eomma!" Eunbyul called her. "O, Eunbyul-ah." Yoonchul, Yoonhee and Rona turned around as they heard Eunbyul's name. Seojin and Eunbyul stared at them but Yoonchul just took a glance and continued walking with his family. "Eomma, don't worry. We don't need appa anymore. I have you, you have me. Let's just stop having a war with them. We can just leave this country and live a new life in another country." Eunbyul said and slightly bowed her head. "Aniya, Eunbyul-ah. Tonight we can finally own a Penthouse. We can now finally live there.." Eunbyul cut her off. "Eomma, you still aim for that Penthouse?! I don't understand you anymore!" Eunbyul shouted and made people look at them. Seojin calmed her down by holding her arms. But Eunbyul pushed her and just left her mom. "Eunbyul-ah!" Seojin followed her daughter.

"Eomma, Dan Tae told me that I have to get your card and your ID." Seokkyung rushed to her mom to say those things. "Give this." Sooryeon pulled out a fake card and a fake ID. "Go give him that. Just be careful,Seokkyung-ah." Seokkyung nods and smiles at her mother.
Seokkyung went to the lobby of Hera Palace and met with her father.
"Appa."
"Seokkyung-ah! Did you get it?" Dan Tae asks.
"O ne, appa. Be careful, appa. Be sure that you'll get the Penthouse back." Seokkyung said and Joo Dan Tae just answered with a nod and left after. Such a dumb man. Seokkyung whispered and smirked and went back to Penthouse.

"That stupid Seokkyung. She is really stupid.She can easily be fooled." Dan Tae said and laughed. "Tomorrow I can finally own the Penthouse."

"Eomma..."
"Wae, Seokhoon-ah?" Sooryeon faced Seokhoon while she was sipping on her coffee. Seokhoon sat beside her and clung to her arms. "Eomma, if you are tired, just tell us. If you are scared, just tell us. Don't just keep it to yourself, eomma." Seokhoon said. "Seokhoon-ah, eomma is not tired nor scared. I have been through a lot, I won't get tired of fighting for what is right and fighting for you and your siblings. " Sooryeon replied and caressed Seokhoon's face.
"Eomma."
"Hmm?"
" Do you miss Logan appa?" Sooryeon looks at him and nods her head.
"I really do, Seokhoon-ah."
"I have to go, eomma."
"Seokhoon-ah, what were you doing? You've been so busy these past few days."
"Nothing, eomma." Seokhoon replied.
Sooryeon just nodded and continued what she was doing and Seokhoon left.

Logan was just sitting on the hospital bed while looking at his phone and staring at their family picture.They took a family picture a month after their wedding. He was already preparing for tomorrow's agenda. While he was staring at their family picture someone entered the room.

"Appa!" A voice was heard and Logan put down his phone and....



"O, Seokhoon-ah!" Logan said. Seokhoon hugged Logan and Logan patted his back.
"How are you?" Logan asks him and smiles.
"I'm okay. Why didn't you say you were alive? Hyein, eomma, and Seokkyung missed you already." Seokhoon said.
"Your mom already knows I am alive. I'm the one taking care of her." Seokhoon was surprised that she couldn't talk for a while.
"Maybe that was the reason, coz the day she went back to Penthouse she never cries again every night while looking at your wedding picture. At first I found it weird when she was looking at your wedding picture, she was smiling." Seokhoon said.
"Your mom cried everyday?" Logan asked in shock.
"Of course appa. Even Hyein, she always cries everytime she thinks of you." Logan was touched when he realized that Sooryeon, Seokkyung, Hyein and Seokhoon are now his family.
"A little more patience, Seokhoon-ah. We'll be together again." Logan said and pats Seokhoon's shoulder. Seokhoon nods.
"But Appa..." Seokhoon can't continue what he is about to say because he is doubting either he will say it or not."What do you wanna say, Seokhoon-ah?" Logan looks at him. "Appa, let me finish the evilness of Joo Dan Tae." Logan was shocked of what Seokhoon said that it makes him stand up
"Aniya, Seokhoon-ah! You can't. This is a war between the adults. So I won't let you get hurt even a single wound, I wouldn't let that happen. This war happens because of us, so we are also going to finish it." Logan explained and look at Seokhoon's eyes sweetly. Seokhoon realizes that Logan is really more like his father than his own father. "I am now your father, Seokhoon-ah. A father wouldn't let his children get hurt. " Logan continued. It made Seokhoon get teary eyed and he hugged Logan so tight. "Thank you for being our father. Thank you for making me feel like I am your son.Thank you...... Appa." Seokhoon said in a low voice. He let go of the hug and Logan looked at him like he was really his son"You don't have to say thank you. Actually I am supposed to be the one to say thank you. Thank you for calling me appa. Thank you for accepting me in your life. Thank you and I am proud of you Seokhoon-ah." Logan hold Seokhoon's shoulder. Seokhoon felt the ease of Logan's words.
