Chapter 36: Love Ones

A week has passed and everything is going well, Logan and Sooryeon already submitted the evidence that proves that Dan Tae and Seojin were really guilty for every crime they committed. Seojin and Dan Tae were on the run, and Logan received a tip that Dan Tae was planning to escape.

Logan and Sooryeon still felt safe because no one knew that they were staying in this villa. Secretary Jo was able to escape from Joo Dan Tae, Logan let him go to America and take care of his mother. He is now safe from the cruel Joo dan tae.

Hyein, Seokhoon, and Seokkyung also move into the villa. Logan prepared all the things that the kids needed. Logan buys a new piano for Seokhoon, new painting materials for Hyein, and Seokkyung decides to stop singing , which Logan and Sooryeon respect. But Seokkyung was still studying music but this time, the purpose was not to sing but to teach music to other young adults like her. Logan and Seokhoon also had a great bonding as father and son as Logan also loves to play piano, he sometimes plays piano with Seokhoon. 

Logan and Sooryeon know that the two wanted persons are still on the run so they still have to keep safe.

"Logan..."

"Hmmm? Wae?" Logan looks at Shim Sooryeon, he looks at her and notices that something is bothering Sooryeon. He also noticed Sooryeon fidgeting her fingers. He cupped her face "Why? What is it that's bothering you?" Sooryeon looks at him and holds his warm hand that was on her cheeks. "Your hand is so warm..." Logan look at her still looking for the answer to his question. "Love, what did I tell you? I told you that if something is bothering you regarding to what it is you should tell me, if something makes you worried tell me and we'll see if we can solve it together." Logan said... "I am just worried about Dan Tae's plan. I'm scared, Logan..." Sooryeon's honest answer, Logan holds her hand and comforts her. "As long as I am here, Dan Tae won't be able to touch you and the children. " Sooryeon smiled at her husband and her heart calmed down. "Thank you for always comforting me, Logan. " Logan smiled back to his wife and kissed her forehead. "I have a question.." Logan looked at her questionably. "Why do you always love to kiss my forehead?" Sooryeon asked, "To make you feel safe, a forehead kiss is a sign of protection and my soulful love for you. Why don't you like it?" Logan answered.''No... Of course I love to be kissed by the one and only Logan Lee. It's just that your kisses were too soft that it really makes me feel comfortable and safe as always." Sooryeon said and moved closer to Logan and kissed his lips softly. "I love your lips a lot. It is so soft and warm." Sooryeon said and kissed him again on his lips. "I also love to kiss your nose, it is pointed. Nuh you are such a perfect man, Logan. I can't believe you are my husband. I am so lucky." Sooryeon said and giggled. Logan laughed too and pinch Sooryeon's cheeks. "And I am also lucky to be with you and be your husband. My wife is so beautiful, kind and smart. I'm not gonna wish for something more." Logan replied and kissed his wife's lips. Sooryeon suddenly kissed Logan's forehead. "What's with that forehead kiss?" Logan giggled and blushed at the same time. " As you said, a forehead kiss is a sign of protection and safety, well it wasn't only you who wanted to protect someone, me too. I want to protect you and the children. We are partners, remember?" Sooryeon said and looked lovingly at her husband, Logan nodded and smiled back.

The next day....

Logan and Sooryeon decided to visit Seol A, Aegyo, and Sooryeon's parents. The Lee family ate breakfast first, the kids were just going to stay at home. Only Logan and Sooryeon are going to their loved ones' graves. The lovers are well prepared, they wear formal attire and go to their luxurious car. They first drop by a flower shop to buy a flower for Seol A, Aegyo, and Sooryeon's parents.
