Chapter 16: Price to Pay

Sooryeon safely went home. 
On the other side, Seokkyung and Joo Dan Tae arrived in a restaurant. They sat down on a reserved table. 
"Uri ttal, do you miss me? Do you miss your father?" Joo Dan Tae start the conversation. Seokkyung smile. "Of course, appa. How can I not miss you? Especially now that you are free from jail." Seokkyung said emphasizing all the words she said and smile again. Joo Dan Tae smile. "I finally clean my name, uri ttal. Logan is the real killer of your real mom. " Joo Dan tae said. Seokkyung get irritated with what he said, but she thinks ogf her plan and just conitnue to fool Joo Dan Tae. Clean my name, my ass. She thinks and just drink the water in front of her. "I'll give you everything that I have, Seokkyung-ah. Seokhoon already betrayed me and chose that Logan bastard and your mom." He said. Deserve. You deserve to lose everything, Baek Junki. She thought. Joo Dan Tae excuse himself and went to the comfort room. When Seokkyung noticed that he left his phone. She successfully open it and install a wiretap app on his phone and connected it to all devices that they prepared. She put down the phone and close it. She acted like she was drinking the juice but when she look at Joo Dan Tae while holding his phone and contacting someone. Me and oppa will be your greatest downfall, Baek Junki. You are not my father. I don't have a father like you. She thought again. Their orders came . Joo dan Tae keep on smiling at her and Seokkyung can't do anything but to smile too. 
They were done eating. he asked her where she want to go next. "Uri ttal, where do you want to go next?" He asked and Seokkyung said "Appa, I'm tired today. I want to sleep. Just bring me home." Dan Tae agreed and they went back to Penthouse. Dan Tae knock on the door of Penthouse. Sooryeon thought that it will be Seokkyung who will go home alone but she was surprised to see Joo Dan Tae with her. "What are you doing here? Seokkyung-ah, get inside. " Sooryeon said angrily. "But eomma!" Seokkyung answered back. "Eomma, dad has a right to be here. He is the owner of penthouse remember?" Seookkyung added. She stomps her feet and angrily go inside. Joo Dan Tae was smiling looking at them right now. Seokkyung, that brat. She can easily be manipulated. Dan Tae thought. " I just bring home my daughter here, Sooryeon-ssi. Why are you so mad? As what your daughter said, I have the rights to be here. I own this afterall. I'm busy with jkings so, Annyeong.. Sooryeon-ssi." Joo Dan Tae said and release an evil smile. Sooryeon can't say anything because she was still stunned of what Seokkyung did earlier. She immediately lock their house and go inside. And she saw Seokkyung and Seokhoon looking down. "Seokkyung-ah, I thought you've change. Why are you acting like that again? Did you believe what that jerk said? Did you believe that Logan killed your mom? " Sooryeon go to Seokkyung and hold her hand. Seokkyung hold her mom's hand and say " Eomma, listen to me. Me and oppa and the other hear kids are planning to do something. We have to find evidences that Dan Tae killed appa. I promise appa that I'll be a good kid and act like my age. That Joo dan tae has a price to pay. Mom, just act like you don't know about this plan. Jebal? I and oppa want to help to seek justice for dad. " Seokkyung replied. "But Seokkyung-ah, this is so dangerous. Your dad doesn't want this also if he would be here. " Sooryeon worriedly said. "I'll go with you, oppa, eonnie." A kid butt in. "Hyein-ah, andwae! You can't go with us! We won't let you be part of this plan." Seokkyung said angrily. " Unnie, I am already strong. I can now walk, talk and even run if I want to. I want to make Joo Dan Tae pay for what he did to our father. Dad's parents will be here soon. I already told them my plan. And maybe it's time to tell my plan too. dad's parents has to act they were mad to eomma and blame her for what happen to dad. And Logan's parent will seek help to Joo Dan Tae, and that would be the time we have to let him fall with our trap. " Sooryeon was shocked with what Hyein said. But she was more amazed of how kids grew up very well and fine. "We've already experienced this before so we have to be prepared and be strong. We can do this. I know we can." Seokhoon's words of courage. Sooryeon hug her children and just told them to take care of theirselves. " The only thing I want is for you all to be safe. Promise me that nothing will happen to all of you who are executing this plan. Remember this eomma is just here for you. " Sooryeon kissed their foreheads. And guide them to their rooms one bye one.  After that, she also go to her room 

Logan, please guide our children please..... 

I missed you everyday and every night. I'll be with you soon. Let me just finish this. 

Do not ever give up on something you can fight for.
