Chapter 42: End & And

On the other side...

A man hugged the woman's back while enjoying the green nature of Korea. "Don't you miss them? I mean our children. We didn't even attend their special day." The man said. "I miss them of course but they are now big and they know how much we support them right? And of course, as we plan we have to surprise them. " The woman answered and faced the man who was hugging her. "Logan... It's been 5 years, isn't it?" Logan stared at her, smiled, and agreed with her. " You are right. It's been 5 years.. It's been 5 years since we finally attained the freedom and happiness we have always wanted. "

"And it's been 4 years since we have Seo Ah..." Logan said and kissed Sooryeon on her lips.

5 years ago....

Logan and Sooryeon were shot by Joo Dan Tae and they are now in critical condition.

A light flashes " Eomma... Appa.." Seol Ah said, she smiled towards the two and hugged them again. "This is not yet your time, it is not yet your time to leave. This is only the start. Seol A is now happy, you can now go back to the living world." Seol A said and both Logan and Sooryeon smiled at Seol Ah. "Komawo, Seol A-yah." They said in unison. Seol Ah guided them to the light and both of the souls went back to the human body.

The doctors finally stabilize the BP of the two, they are now safe from critical condition. They already transferred both Logan and Sooryeon to the Intensive care Unit for cross monitoring. The doctors also informed the family of the patients.

Both of the surgeons and doctors went out to inform the family and friends.

"How's our parents? Are they safe?" Seokkyung waiting for the answers.

"Yes and miraculously they survive. Maybe the two don't want to leave all of you. And I have something here in my pocket that I saw on your mother's things." The doctor said and gave the necklace, the necklace that Logan gave to her on their wedding day. All of them sighed in relief. "See, your parents won't give up at all." Kang Mari said and comforted the two kids. "Where's Hyein?" Soekkyung asked. "She is now resting. Let her rest first. " Dong Pil informed both of them. " How about Eunbyul? How is she?" Seokkyung asked again. "She was also in the ICU right now. She also passed through the critical condition. All of them survive. Seokhoon, what about your father? Should we hold a funeral for him?" Dong Pil asked and Seokhoon lifted up his head and shrugged his head. "No, as a payment for what he did we are not going to hold a funeral for him. Seokhoon firmly said and left the place.

Seokhoon went out and got some air. Seokkyung followed him and tapped his shoulders.

"Oppa, you can hold a funeral for him..."

They reach Hyein's room. "Oppa, unnie! Eomma and appa, where are they?" Hyein asked and started sobbing. "How about Eunbyul unnie, is she safe?"

Seokkyung and Seokhoon calming her down. "Don't worry Hyein-ah, they are all safe. So you have to be strong so we can visit all of them." Seokhoon explained.

Sooryeon woke up in a white room, she slowly opened her eyes, exactly at that time Yoonhee visited the room. " Unnie. Wait a minute, I'll call the doctor."

"Yoonhee-yah, wait." Sooryeon stopped her, Yoonhee went near Sooryeon and held her hand. "Wae, unnie?" Yoonhee asked, "Yoonhee-yah, where is Logan?" Sooryeon asked, Yoonhee kept silent and Sooryeon was still waiting for an answer. "Unnie..." Yoonhee paused for a moment. "Yoonhee-yah, jebal. Just tell me, where's my husband?"

"He is still not awake. But he will be awake, once he hears that you're awake." Yoonhee said. She hold Sooryeon's hand "Gain your energy so we can viti him next time." Sooryeon nodded and went back to sleep again.

As Sooryeon wakes up, Logan also wakes up. Yoonchul entered the room and saw Logan's fingers moving. "Logan..." Yoonchul went to Logan's side. "Shim Sooryeon, where is she? Is she safe? Is my wife safe?" Logan worriedly asked Yoonchul. "As I know from Yoonhee, she wakes up and falls asleep again." Yoonchul informing Logan, he heard Logan's sigh of relief.

Both Logan and Sooryeon, and also Eunbyul are gaining energy, their friends and family already visited them. After a few days of being confined in the hospital, they can now go home.

The week after was the day where Seojin received the right punishment for her. Everyone testified against Seojin and one of the people who testify is Eunbyul. Seojin didn't fight back nor tried to act like she didn;t knew anything. She fully accepted the verdict.

Everything went back to normal, speaking of Penthouse it still exists, but Penthouse was turned into a cafe slash exhibit room. And the whole Hera Palace was turned into a Hotel. And Hera Palace is not named as Hera Palace anymore, it is now named as APHROCLEMENTIA HOTEL, this hotel was really visited by many because of it's beautiful statue of two goddess located at the center of the lobby. The statues were facing each other, the hotel was also visited because of good company, unique name, good environment, and most especially the room where it concludes all the history that happened to the Old Hera Palace. Everyone was amazed to hear the story. They feel like it was like a fantasy. This hotel accommodates people properly and gives proper services to everyone. It is not a place where tragedy happened but a place where everything ENDS, the place where everything starts with an AND.
