Chapter 44: Hold on/Me and You

*Still set on flashback*

After a long flight, they finally arrived at their destination. Secretary Hong fetch them, Hong biseo is so happy to see the two again. They went to the house that Logan bought a few years ago. A house that they will turn into Home. They have arrived at the big house, a mansion rather. It looks like a palace but full of beautiful nature not surrounded by buildings or even near the city. Sooryeon fallen asleep on Logan's shoulder. Logan told Sec. Hong made the car park exactly at the door of the main house so he could carry Sooryeon easier. Sec. Hong followed what Logan said.

Logan didn't bother to wake up Shim Sooryeon and just directly carried her, Sec. Hong and the other maids opened the door for them. The maids were amazed by how Logan took care of her woman, the kind of thing they never saw with Logan. " Sec. Hong, was that her wife?" One of the maids asked, Sec. Hong smiled and nodded.

" Wow, Madam Shim is so beautiful." Sec. Hong just smiled and went back to his own house in America given by his bosses.

The next morning, Sooryeon woke up in a very unfamiliar room but beside her was the man she really loved. She touches his nose, his eyes, his face, his lips, and gives him a soft kiss on his lips. Logan opened his eyes, and when he opened his eyes he saw the woman of his dreams. "Good morning, my love." Sooryeon said and smiled. Logan sits on their bed and hugs Shim Sooryeon like a pillow. "I just want to stay here all day." Logan said. Sooryeon tapped his biceps. " Eyyy, I'm going to cook breakfast. Get up, let's go down." Sooryeon said. But Logan ignored it. Instead he slowly lay down his wife and kissed her deeply. Sooryeon put her arms to Logan and also kissed him hard. They are making the morning extra hot as they are now both naked. They make love in the morning, and make their morning more special.

After they make love they fall asleep and wake up at 12 noon. " See, we weren't able to eat breakfast. My God, Logan." Sooryeon said and slightly punched Logan's chest. "Sorry, My wife..." Logan flashes puppy eyes to Sooryeon, because Sooryeon can't handle Logan's cuteness, she gives him a peck that makes Logan smile widely. Logan stands up and assists his wife to stand up and carry her to their bathroom. " What are you doing now, Logan?" Sooryeon was confused. " Gonna wash you and let's take a bath together. We are going on a date after this." Logan answered. Sooryeon smiled while Logan was bathing her. They are now both wet, and taking a bath together has been their routine since they got married so this is not that new for the both of them. They went out in the bathroom together and changed their clothes into casual one. " Am I pretty today?" Sooryeon asked and clung to Logan's arms. " You are always pretty, My wife." Logan answered and kiss Sooryeon's temple.

They are now ready to go down. " Ma'am, Sir, you haven't eaten breakfast. Do you want us to cook for the both of you?" A maid came and suddenly asked them " No need.. My wife and I are going out today, so don't worry about us. You can cook your own food, there's still groceries in the storage and also in the refrigerator." Logan commanded. The maid just nodded and say thank you. Logan held Sooryeon's hands and the guards opened the door for them and they went out together.

Logan drives the car, while he is driving he can't stop looking at Sooryeon who was smiling while seeing the beautiful place of America. They will have a road trip since the city is kinda far from the house they were living in. They both enjoyed the long ride. " Isn't this just our dream before, love?" Sooryeon suddenly talk. While driving Logan put his one hand to Sooryeon and quickly looked at her and looked again to the road. " I told you, I will fulfill all my promises to you. And as I promise we will be able to pass through all the struggles and hardships as long as we are together. " Sooryeon tears up as how both of them HOLD ON to the promises, to the second life that Seol A gave, and to the dreams and wishes. Sooryeon gave a quick kiss to Logan while he was driving. " What was that for?" Logan asked and blushed. " Thank you for the perseverance and thank you for keeping your promise and for never leaving me." Sooryeon said. Logan kissed Sooryeon temple " I will always be with you no matter where it is. Either in hell or heaven. I'll always be with you. " Logan answered and continued driving. They have finally arrived at a fancy resto. Sooryeon was again amazed at how beautiful the restaurant was. Logan got out of the car and went to the other side to open the door for Sooryeon. Logan assisted Sooryeon and held her hand carefully. They went to the restaurant. Sooryeon and Logan found a table and seat where they can talk and eat solemnly. They ordered food for both of them and waited for 30 minutes. While waiting for 30 minutes, they took a picture first and sent it to their kids in Korea. " Do you still think of having a baby again, Sooryeon?" Logan shyly ask, Logan thought the atmosphere would turn awkward if he asked that question but Sooryeon place her hand to Logan's hand and smile at him. " If the heaven will allow, why not? We will build our own family here. I would like to experience being a mom again to a child whose father is you. I know you will be a good father to our child, my love." Sooryeon answered that it makes Logan emotional a little bit. " I would like to, but if heaven won't allow us anymore then it's still okay for me. We still have Seokkyung, Seokhoon and our Hyein. And I have you, you will always be my baby." Logan playfully said that makes Sooryeon blushed. Their food had come so they started eating.

After they eat, they go to a grocery store, and buy food and stocks for the house. They never let go of each other's hands and just kept pushing the cart together. They bought a lot of goods and foods so they have something to eat if they get hungry in the middle of night. They happily bought things. After they went to the grocery store, they went to an amusement park in America. They playfully enjoyed being together. They took pictures together and had fun in the middle of the day. " I feel like a kid again..." Sooryeon compliments. Logan smiled when he saw Sooryeon being happy and smiling widely. Things that he rarely saw. He went near her and hugged her. Yes, he hugged her at the center of the amusement park. People were looking at them, taking pictures of a sweet couple. " You look so beautiful and happy and I like it. No, I love it." Logan said and kissed her forehead. Sooryeon smiled and looked at the person who hugged her on the back. She faced him and cupped his handsome face. "Because it was you who made me happy. Thank you and I love you, my Logan, my love." Sooryeon said and grabbed his neck and kissed him deeply, Logan answered back to the kiss and they both kissed in the middle of the park. With a lot of people looking, they don't care. As long as they are both happy, no one can stop them. As long as they are together, THEY WILL TOGETHER GONNA HOLD ON AND LOVE EACH OTHER FOR A LIFETIME.
