Chapter 28: Happiness

After Logan and Sooryeon safely escape the penthouse and successfully trap Joo Dan Tae and Cheon Seojin, Logan asks Sec. Hong to bring all Hera Kids to his villa. But not to make Seojin and Dan Tae think suspiciously, the Hera Kids went to a secret place in Hera Palace and met Secretary Hong. The other adults also followed.

Now two cars enter Logan's villa, the villa was so big and very eco-friendly. The kids and even the adults were mesmerized with the beauty that Logan's villa has , it is very different from the luxurious look of Hera Palace.
They get out of the car , American bodyguards assist them and walk towards the backyard of Logan's villa. They still don't know who is waiting inside. When they opened the gate the kids were so shocked except for Seokhoon and the adults who knew about Logan's well-being. They saw two people who were happily preparing foods, and meals for special visitors. "Ehem." Yoonchul fakes a cough so Sooryeon and Logan will notice them. The two look at the gate and smile at those who came. They waved and signalled them to come. The kids were still shocked with Logan's appearance. Seokkyung and Hyein get teary-eyed as their steps are getting closer to Logan and Sooryeon. Hyein ran like a little child and hugged her father so tightly. "Appa...." Hyein sobs and Seokkyung just stares at Logan and just touches his hands. "Are you real?Are you really Logan?" Seokkyung asks and Logan smiles and pats Seokkyung's head. "Yes. I am real. It's me, Logan." Logan said. The other kids also went near Logan, especially Jenny and Rona. Minhyuk shakes hands with Logan and Logan smiles at them. Sooryeon, Mari, Yoonhee, Yoonchul, and Dong Pil smile as they watch the kids being happy for Logan's return. When Hyein noticed that something was off with the situation. She looked at Seokhoon and stared at him sharply. "Oppa... Do you know about appa being alive?" Seokhoon just released a weird smile as his answer. The other kids also look at him very sharp and Seokhoon got scared. "Hey! Hey! The adults knew it first. This is not my idea. Why do you look so mad at me? Yah, Hyein-ah!Rona-yah, save me. Come on, I feel like my siblings goona kill me or bury me alive.Their eyes look so scary." Seokhoon said while stepping backwards. Rona also gave him a sharp stare that makes him more nervous. "Yah, Rona-yah. It's not my idea. Come on, guys! Stop staring at me like that." Seokhoon said. Minhyuk was just laughing because Seokhoon's face was so funny. Even Logan laughed "Appa! Help me, why am I suffering alone here, It's appa's idea. Not mine." Seokhoon explained and prepared to run. "Omo, Seokhoon-ah. It's not my fault. "
"Oppa!!" His siblings shouted and chased him.
"Yah, Lee Seokhoon!!!" Jenny and Rona also chased him and try to catch him.

"Hey, adults! Help me here.": Seokhoon begging while running. The adults were also laughing because of Seokhoon's pity face.
After they run all over the place, the adults already call them to eat. The kids were so tired because of running except for Minhyuk who just sat beside the adults.

Minhyuk has changed a lot, from a mean person to a very well-mannered man. Every Hera Kid changes, except for one kid, whose life still depends on her mother. The adults were already thinking how they could save Eunbyul from her wicked mother.

They were so happy the whole day and when the sun set it was time for the kids to go home. The Ha family and Yoo Family went home first. Seokhoon, Seokkyung and Hyein stay for awhile since their parents have something to tell them.

"Eomma, Dan Tae still thinks I am on his side and thinks that he successfully manipulates me. So I have to continue my act so I can get more information. He cannot trust oppa anymore because he knows that oppa was already on mom's side." Seokkyung explained. Logan's eyebrows furrowed. "Seokkyung-ah, you have to stop doing that act. I have a plan how you can escape from him.We all know that he named all his property to Seokhoon, so you have to act like you were mad at him for betraying you. " Logan explains the plan. "But appa... I don't have the documents." Seokkyung's face shows disappointment. Sec. Hong handed an envelope to Seokkyung. "Seokkyung, that envelope shows the property was really named after Seokhoon." Sooryeon says. Seokkyung was surprised how ready and prepared her parents were. So she just answers with a nod. Hyein looked at Seokhoon "Oppa, I know Dan Tae was your father. You don't deserve him at all, oppa. " Hyein looked at him pitily. Seokhoon looks at his younger sister and smiles at her. "Hyein-ah, he has never become a father to me. I may be his biological son by blood and by sweats but I never feel that he became my father. I might just be able to forgive him if he repented. But there's no chance for him to repent anymore. He has become a total monster. And besides, not because he is not on my side, I don't have a father anymore. I have one. I have a father. I have a dad. He has become more of a father than my own father. It's already enough. I'm not gonna be sad if he will be gone, why? I have Logan appa, I have you, Hyein-ah, I have Soekkyung-a, and I have eomma. I have everyone on my side. No matter what blood runs through my veins. I am Lee, Hyein-ah. Not Joo anymore. " Seokhoon explained that it makes everyone speechless and makes Sooryeon burst into tears. Seokhoon went near his mother and hugged her tightly. "Seokhoon-ah, I'm so sorry, you were the one suffering because of the decisions of your own father." Sooryeon said. "Aniyo, eomma. You don't have to feel sorry or apologize. That man was so consumed by greed and revenge that he forgot that he had a child, a son who always wanted a father's love. I have Logan appa. Right, appa?" Seokhoon looks at Logan and smiles at him. Sooryeon and Logan hugged Seokhoon. "I'm proud of you, Seokhoon-ah." Logan sincerely say. "Why are you guys the only one having a group hug? We are here, come on." Seokkyung said and rolled her eyes. "Come here, girls." Sooryeon called them and shared a very warm hug. "Can I join?" Sec. Hong jokingly said. "Aniya, Hong Biseo." Logan replied and his wife and kids laughed. They share a happy night, laughing at each other's stories. The kids decided to just go home tomorrow morning. They have to go back to Hera Palace so that Seojin and Dan Tae won't think about anything. A day and a night that they wish it never ends.

It's not about how big the house is,
it's about how happy the home is....
