CHAPTER 6

BAEKHYUN'S POV :

I go to my room and remove the feathers stuck to my hair, after which I decide to freshen up. I head to my washroom to take a good bath. I come out and get dressed up. I love the suit I'm wearing. It's a light red suit made up of velvet and an off- white button up shirt with a trouser of the same color. I style my hair and check myself .  * Don't know why is dad so excited*.

Spraying a bit of my favorite perfume and I  go down to the grand hall. My brothers smile when they see me coming down, clad in my suit. I go and stand with them with my drink as we wait for the guests to enter. "Soo, you look so good in this attire, I guess someone will fall for you today". Chanyeol teases.  "No way, you all look better than me". He responds. "Naah, I guess we will fall for them". I raise my eyebrow "What do you mean?".

Sehun motions us to see the guests. We turn and see and not going to lie, they are stunning. "Welcome, princesses of Salisbury", We hear our dad saying. We turn our heads to our dad's and they have their smiles on their faces. So does our mom's. I agree all the princesses are beautiful but one caught my eye.

She has become more beautiful and a mood maker as the time passed by . The princesses bow with all the courtesy. "Was the journey from Salisbury to Wales comfortable?". Mom asks. "Yes, your highness, it was comfortable, thank you for asking". Her voice is still sweet. "Boys, please come here". Uncle Elis calls. We fix ourselves and make our way to meet the princesses. 

Standing beside our parents, my eyes never left her slightly scared self. She controls herself pretty well, but is still thinking what happened outside. *She hasn't changed*. I smile on my thought. *But whose voice was she referring to when that happened* I think but shake that thought away.

SEREN'S POV:

We bow to the king of Wales. "Thank you for inviting us, your highness. We are more than honored to be here". I respond. The king chuckles. "We are more than delighted to have you all here. It's the first time you have attended the grand ball, correct me if I'm wrong darlings". "Yes, your highness, you're right, it is indeed our first time attending the grand ball." Siofra says.

The queen chuckles and says "Please drop the formalities sweeties, just call us uncle Junmeyon and aunt Charlotte. It sounds too formal for our friend's daughters to call us in that way, right Jun". "Absolutely charlotte". "Please call us uncle Elis and aunt Cary hmm". We smile and nod our heads slightly.

My mind still thinking about the incident that happened outside when I hear a voice that breaks my thought. "Sons please come here and introduce yourselves to the princesses of Salisbury". We slightly turn our heads to the left and see 7 princes coming forward. They bow to us so do we. They come and stand infront of us and smile. We smile seeing them. *He hasn't changed*.

My mind thinks after seeing him. "Hello, I'm prince Minseok , the eldest among all of them. Nice to meet you all". * He doesn't look the eldest though*. "Hello, I'm prince Yixing. The second eldest among them. Hope you had a comfortable travel". "Hello, I'm prince Baekhyun. The third eldest among them. Glad to have you all here". He looks at me and smirks smiles or smile smirks, whatever in such a way that makes me choke on the air I breathe.

"Hello, I'm prince Chanyeol, happy virus of the family. Hope you all have a great time here". We  smile. "Hello, I'm prince Kyungsoo but you can call me Soo too. Hoping that you will make great memories here." I force a smile as I feel the same tightness in my chest as I hear those words playing in my mind. My breathe is a bit hard but I stabilize my breathing.

Baekhyun looks at me with concern in his eyes and I smile reassuringly. After all the introductions are done, we were talking with the princes about our interests and Aryana says "Oh really, Seren is just like prince Baekhyun". I smile but my eyes go wide when I hear the same voice again. I feel lightheaded, almost feeling to faint but I hold the table top a bit hard so that I won't faint.

"Please excuse me, I need to go out for some time ". "Princesses Seren, are you okay? You seem pale". "Yeah, Prince Kyungsoo; I'm okay. It's just that I want to go out to the garden that's it". "Are you sure Princess Seren". "Yeah, Prince Chanyeol, please keep talking. I'll excuse myself." I go to the garden.

JONGIN'S POV:

Baekhyun is beside me, concern clearly reflecting in his eyes. As everyone were talking, I nudge him and he looks at me. I whisper "I know you are concerned about princess Seren; then why don't you go out and check on her". "I want to but I can't."

I raise my eyebrow "Why". "What if she shouts". This guy really "Goodness, don't think much and go before she faints". He looks "Faint?". I tell him all that happened and he finally went to the garden. I just hope and pray she is fine.

MYSTERY PERSON'S POV:

I see her going out of the hall. I love scaring her. She looks beautiful no matter if she is scared or laughing or smiling. * Seren you're mine, only mine*. I follow her to the garden.

Wattpad literally caused me so much problem today ;-; . I usually write my ff in word docs and then copy the chapter from there and publish it in wattpad ... but today it's not letting me post it . I'm done with my laptop and my wattpad .
