CHAPTER 11

TIME SKIP –

6-7 MONTHS LATER-

CHARLOTTE'S POV:

We all gather in the dining hall to have our dinner.  Elis says "They are finally married to the girls they love." "Yeah, it feels good seeing them happy with their lovely wives." Myeon agrees while waiting. While talking we notice our boys coming down. "Good evening, Dads and Moms".  We smile. "Good evening, boys. Take your seats". They take their seats. Soon after, our lovely daughters also come down for dinner. "Good evening, Dad and Mom". "Good evening, Darlings, have your seats". They smile and sit beside their husbands. Seeing our boys smile while the girls take their seats makes our hearts swell in happiness.

The maids start serving our dinner, but I guess the princes weren't hungry.  Elis cleared his throat "Uhm, the dinner isn't that great. No wonders why our sons aren't having it." We, elders, chuckled "Absolutely". "N-nothing like Dad, W- we were going to start having our dinner in a few," Soo answers rubbing the back of his neck. "Ooh is it, I thought you were full from looking at your wife, Right Seren".  "U-umm it's not like that mom" She looks down and smiles. Her smile is contagious.

Our sons helped them and their wives with the dinner. Though the girls are used to being with us but they still need time to get comfortable right? Myeon and Elis giggle while Cary and I look at each other. "What do you think they are thinking charlotte. "Don't know". Thank goodness our husbands notice our stares and tell us what were they whispering to each other. "If they are not letting their wives work now, imagine when they get to know that our lovely flowers (as in daughters in law) get pregnant". We chuckle when we hear their thoughts. "Dad and Mom, what's making you laugh so much".  Baekhyun questions while he wipes his mouth "Uhm nothing much, just thinking about our flowers future". Chanyeol raises his eyebrow "Future?". Elis nods "Yes, future".

Minseok asks "What future Aunt". I stifle a laugh "Some future, better if you ask uncle or your dad". "Eh... Dads c'mon now tell us what's the future you've been thinking". Jongin and Sehun pout. *These kids will never grow up*. Elis and Myeon look at each other and giggle silently. "Okay, so the future is ............". All the eyes look at them with curiosity. "Is.................. a secret". They all sigh and give a done-with-you-dad look. Cary and I chuckle seeing their expressions. Our sweethearts (That's how I and Cary call our daughters-in-law) calm their completely done husbands by holding their hands and yes, they succeed in doing so.  It's hard for me to see their sullen faces. "Stop teasing the boys Elis, just tell them alright". They laugh and nod.

LAY'S POV:

After uncle and dad came down from their high of laughing so much. Dad clears his throat and speaks "Alright, so the secret is this. We saw how you helped our flowers as in your wives by cutting their steak or serving them their favourite food. So.. me and Uncle Elis were just thinking about how would you guys react or take care when our beautiful flowers.... Why don't you continue Myeon?".

I see him straighten himself even if he was sitting straight all this time. "Ha..... as Elis has already told half of it, I'll continue the rest. So, we were sharing our thoughts on how would you guys react and take care of them when you get the news of your wives being pregnant". After hearing the word "Pregnant" Chanyeol and Sehun spat out what they were eating in a parabolic motion (A/N: EXO NEXT DOOR can help you imagine this scene. Precisely Incheon Gal spilling water on Chanyeol.)

Minseok, Nini, Baekhyun and I choke on the food. Siofra hands me a glass of water so that the food goes in. But our heads turn to one couple who were surprisingly calm. Our parents laugh seeing our reactions but they raise their eyebrows seeing 'The one and only 'couple who had no reaction. "Uhmm...... Soo". When dad clears his throat, Soo looks at him. "Yes, Dad". "Why is it that you have no reaction when we talked about taking care of your wives when they get pregnant". He sets his cutlery on the table. "We never thought about it dad. Only a few months have passed since I and Seren got married. So, I need some time to think about it".

Dad looks at seren for confirmation. She smiles and nods. "Yes, dad.  W-we never thought about that and only 7 months have passed since Soo and I got married, so I'm still not ready to take the responsibility of being a mom."  Uncle and dad sigh but smile. "Yeah, take your time". Soo smiles so does Seren.  "Anyways, Where's the desert". Sehun whines. This kid has a sweet tooth. The maids serve us the deserts. "The desert is too good today". Our dinner goes while cracking jokes and having fun.

Chapter 11 published. Damn what happened... Seren is Kyungsoo's wife? Then does that mean Naomi is Baekhyun's wife? How did this happen? Naomi and Soo liked each other right? What about Baekhyun? Did the other boys go through the same thing as well or end up with the one they love? What do you think would have happened readers? Let me know in the comment section.

Frankly speaking, I forgot today's Saturday lol. This week was a bit rough for me so maybe that's why the update thing almost slipped out of my mind. But luckily, I checked the date and the day and I remembered that today a new chapter has to be published. *Facepalms*. Me and my forgetful brain SMH.

Anyways, before I end today's update, I would like to tell my readers to take care of themselves or else they'll end up like how I'm right now. Nothing serious just cold. I'm a lot better than yesterday so I'll be fine by tomorrow or mostly by Monday. Keeping that in mind, please take good rest, eat well, don't overwork yourselves (says the one), exercise regularly, keep your body hydrated and stay warm if the weather is chilly.

Do let me know if there are any improvements that have to be done in terms of the storyline or writing or overall presentation. Would highly appreciate them.
