CHAPTER 49

JUNMYEON'S POV :
SEASON : WINTER
10:30 AM ;

Our home is lively as there's hustle and bustle. Just like the day when the princess oh I mean my daughter in laws were going to come to our home . They surely make a house to a home . Smiles , laughs everywhere while my grandchildren running and playing . Time flies. It was just a few days ago I saw our sons and daughters running but not they are parents . That doesn't mean we've  become old alright ? We are still young and free. While sipping on our tea , we see Nova and Ralph coming in . " Good morning moms and dads" they wish .
" Morning lovelies , go get changed , we'll have to start the shoot soon" They nod and dash to their rooms .

Wondering what's the shoot about . It's that time of the year where we click a family photo as a lot change in a year . The photographers are setting their equipment and having snacks . They work so hard oh my , thus they also deserve snacks and refreshments. They sit and explain how the shoot would go on and we nod , agreeing . The first one is the royal photo, where each couple will be wearing our royal colour which is dark blue and dark red . All of us know the theme and have bought dresses accordingly. It will be done inside the home, and the other part of the photoshoot is individual winter casual outfits that will serve as the pictures for the albums that will be shown to our grandchildren.

We hear chit chatters and look at our sons along with their lovely wives walking towards us . They look stunning. With white diamond tiaras beautifully designed and placed on their heads. Red and blue royal gowns designed with utmost dedication, perfection and elegance . Overall screaming royal . Boys clad in long overcoats and swords . Like kings ready to save their queens from any thing that comes their ways . The weather is also really supportive today . It's sunny as well a bit cold . Perfectly balanced for a great photoshoot to take place .

" Good morning dads and moms" Out daughter in laws chirp , smiling. " You look so good" Siofra compliments . " You all look gorgeous my flowers"Charlotte says smiling . " Absolutely" Elis and Cary agree . " And boys you all look dashing as ever" . Cary compliments . " Thank you your highness" They say which makes us all laugh . Hearing the clicking of heels we turn around and see Nova. A wide grin spreads on our faces . She looks enticing. She walks and reaches us . Ralph keeps smiling looking at her . Well I can understand how he feels seeing his wife in a gown.

The photographers inform us that they are ready to start the shoot and we all get ready to give a good pictures . Sitting on the couch , we all click pics while my mind goes into a different feel. Seeing my family smile , laugh and enjoying the photoshoot makes me smile widely . Arwin and Arwyl as well are here for the shoot as they are a family as well .

Reminiscing the times when we first met, Me Charlotte , Elis ans Cary . The way we played , ran secretly cuz mine and Cary's parents aren't that open minded about playing with girls. It was a shocking moment when they agreed on us getting married to the ones we love. That's something we still remember crystal clear in our minds .

Dating back to those times when we all were going through hard times, most of us thought we will never be back to the way we were , but who knew we could actually start a new chapter keeping the lessons those mistakes taught us . When going through that phase we all thought that we can't make it through. But we did . Not all learning are easy . Sometimes things are learnt the hard way .

Now that I think , in the end , it's all those little things that happened in the family is what made us stronger than before . We learnt how to accept ours as well as each other's  flaws , imperfections, mindset and approach towards a particular problem in order to solve it . Just because we are parents didn't make us all perfect . We also learnt a lot from our children. Most of us generally think that learning is one sided and that parents are always right . But no ... parents are not always right . We too make mistakes , we too give wrong suggestions. And that's how we learn and become wider parents than were before . Having kids who say their parents what's right and wrong is a true blessing . Just like having parents who understand and support their kids dreams are .

The photo shoots keeps going and is almost going to end when we hear little stomps of feet . Looking at them , we look at each other , clueless . Our lil princes and princess stand keeping hands on their waists with a frown on their faces . " what's wrong darlings" Charlotte asks. They huff . " Are you all perhaps hungry?" They nod their heads in a no . If we being parents for these many years are clueless , I surely can feel what our sons and daughters are feeling. " Then?" Cary and Elis ask .

They look at each other and yell at the top of their lungs . " WE NEED SIBLINGS" We turn our heads and look at our sons . They seem somewhat stuck between flustered and clueless . Flustered because it's their kids asking them to basically go for a round two . And clueless because they haven't even discussed about proceeding for a second issue , wondering who fit this into their lil brains. They in unison turn their heads towards Baekhyun and Chanyeol but they look as clueless as the others . " We haven't done anything. We swear" . And we can't find any lie in their voices . Then who was it .

We all fall in deep thinking about who did this . Hearing loud laughs , we look at the owner of those laughs. They are Dae and Nova . Oh my how did we forget about these two . They smirk knowing they won this time . High fiving each other , they continue laughing. Our sons run behind them in order to hold them and give them a beating as well as a lecture but end up laughing . Our daughter in laws sit on the grass laughing like there's no tomorrow. Looking at them laughing to their hearts content makes us laugh.

I don't know what heaven feels like , or is it as beautiful as it's usually romanticised. A place where there're are no problems , no issues , just peace ? Well I disagree . Heaven is a place where there is calmness after every bad turn , the power to find solutions for every problem. A place where we can learn to face problems, where we can share love , care and support each other , where there are fights but also clearing them out and that place is family.

Everyone has their different meanings for heaven or heaven itself , but for me this is my heaven . My CAELUM .

And that's when a click is heard , indicating the last pic has been taken .

CHAPTER 49 PUBLISHED. Caelum has finally reached its official last chapter . Well there surely is a epilogue coming up where things will surely be a bit umm spicy (?) Haha don't worry its suitable for all ages to read . Lol .
