Something hit the front of the door with a thud, causing us to jerk forward harshly, as we drove towards Alexandria. I was in the car with Rick, Aaron, Michonne and Glenn. I sat squished against the window, with Aaron beside me, and Michonne on the other side. We all sat anxiously waiting to arrive, wondering if Aaron was telling the truth.

I watched the blood splatter on the windshield, and a disfigured body slide across the hood. Rick was swerving trying to avoid as many walkers as possible, but the road was swarmed.

"How many walkers have you killed?" Michonne asked darkly as Aaron panicked.

"I don't know!" He stirred frantically, shaking and gasping for air.

"How many people you kill?"

"What no- I haven't-" he was cut off by slamming into the seat in front of him. The car had abruptly came to a halt. I caught my self with my hands before hitting the passengers seat.

Glenn quickly excited the vehicle, and we watched him try to pull disembodied limbs from the engine. I couldn't let him do it alone, he was my brother, so I exit the vehicle too. I hear Rick angrily tell me to stay in the car, but I don't listen and make my way towards Glenn.

"I'll watch your back." I stated, standing in front of the car, facing at least fifty walkers.

I had my gun in my pocket, but I was only going to use it if I absolutely needed too, I did not want to draw any more attention to us. Grunts escaped my lips as I killed two large walkers and let them tumble to the ground. I was breathing heavy already, sweat forming in my palms, as more approached me.

Quickly I drove my knife into another walker, "you almost done?" I asked as I retracted my knife.

"Just a bit more," Glenn replied hurriedly, I could tell he was anxious as well.

I kicked an on coming walker in the knee with all my might, giving a satisfying snap as it broke. This gave me enough time to kill the other.  The broken legged one crawled towards me, catching a hold of my foot. The heel of my boot came in contact with his head, so hard and fast, it squashed. The brain soaked though the holes in my boots, and I was speckled with blood.

"Good!" Glenn shouted to me, I backed towards the car and slid inside.

Rick tried to start the car, but it wouldn't catch, the engine just hoked out. He tried again, I could feel his panic as a hand pressed against his window. Wanting so bad to be let in. That's when Aaron lost it, he kicked the door open and took off, and we were all forced to follow. I ran with my knife in hand, which I know is not a good idea, but I had to use it frequently.

"Rick?" I whispered after just killing yet another walker, being so absorbed in everything in my vision I lost the group. I was stranded alone in the dark, I didn't know where they had gone and I had no idea where I was. My lungs started to tighten as I braced myself mentally to be torn apart, knowing that it was inevitable. When I heard a male voice scream, I sprinted towards the sound as fast as my feet could carry me.

When I entered a small clearing I watch as Alex stood with a large machete in his hand. We did not give that to him, on the ground was a body sprawled about, holes in every limb. I looked up from the body frantic, barely able to see his features in the dark. He made his was towards me, a solemn expression on his face, which was covered in flecks of blood.

The body scattered along the ground was pink, and oozing pools of bright red blood, it was not a walker. I did not recognize any clothing the man on the ground wore, thanking God it wasn't someone I knew.

I backed into a tree, staring into Alex's eyes. Behind him corpses filled the clearing, shuffling towards us.

"Oh God." I said, my lips turning pale. He raised his machete and I let my fist fly. It made contact with his nose and a loud crack echoed through the area, pain shooting up my arm from the contact. He stumbled backwards, which normally wouldn't be enough to do any harm. But at the moment there was five walkers behind him. They bit and chewed his shoulder, arm, leg and neck. His scream was ear splitting agony and blood squirted from the fresh wounds.  He kept on yelling, cursing me, so angry and in pain as they started to pull his stomach open.

I took one last look at him before I disappeared into the tree line again. I ran straight into the back of a herd that was all making its way towards something.

I killed as many as I could with my knife in the back of the head, but soon the others started to notice me, I had to pull put my gun. I shot three more and finally I saw Rick standing and firing at the incoming crowd. I lifted my arm and waved frantically, stabbing yet another walker. Rick frantically reached for me, slicing aimlessly until he reached my hand and dragged me to him, pulling us apart from the herd.

Glenn and Aaron stumbled along just as we ran out of ammo and Rick had to use the flare gun.It whizzed right into the eye of the nearest walker and brightly glowed inside. I watched it burn inside and slowly the walker fell. The last shot. It burnt beautifully.

After that we made a run for it, towards the water tower where Aaron had told Glenn he swore he saw a flare go off.

Michonne found us and we all ran, leaving the crowd behind us.
