So I was in the car with my family and my little brother was saying license plate names and he says LOLS, I look up and see this beauty.
Just imagine every time that person passes you he's all like "LOL I passed you, haha loser."
Basically a joke said just by passing a person in the lane.
One of the best plates I ever saw, well except for BBMC6969 (yes, I remember the except plate number).
