'do you remember what you were doing this time last year'
according to my snapchat memories from 1 year ago from today...
i was at the beach
it was really nice, i remember i was with some close family friends who were watching us bc there was an emergency with my parents where they had to travel. our friends, i'll call them sis and bro, they were like our seconds parents when they stayed with us. idk they just kind of gave us some sort of love and affection that my parents hadn't given us up to that point (alothough i will say that things did get better when they got back).
but they did things that i would see myself doing as a parent ig. like the beach. i freakinn love the beach so so much, and would go there all of the time if i could. despite living right around the corner from one, we do go as often as i would like. but with them they literally took us to the beach, we went hiking, it was jsut a lot of fun. we did things that i wish my parents would at least sometimes do with us.
i reminded me of mary poppins, or the sound of music, just a nice babysitting sorta thing yk. but yeah and it's october which makes things 100x better lol.
but yeah sorry this is a day late i've had quite a bit going on but i'll post the actual prompt for today later on!
