Samuel Blackwell
I woke up alone. The bed was empty.
I roll over to the side that Jensen slept on, and it was still warm. He didn't leave that long ago.
I'm not mad at him for leaving. He definitely had things to do that I wasn't really required to follow him for.
I sit up, and a pain in my lower back as me wincing.
Holy shit that hurt!
I was not going to be able to walk normally today. Not even with pain medicine.
It was still worth a shot to take though, so I slowly get myself out of bed, and I almost cry when I realize I have to bend down to get into my suitcase where the medicine is.
So that's a slow process as well, and gritting my teeth through some pain, I get down and find the medicine.
Now I have to get back up for water and a warm shower.
Fuck my life.
Well, Jensen did that last night.
Don't fuck my life actually.
I get up, experiencing some more pain and I waddle my way to the shower. As I turn it on and wait for it to heat up, I take the medicine with some tap water.
After a minute, when steam is finally starting to stick to the mirror, I walk in the shower and let the water fall down and my body and relax my muscles.

The shower and pain medicine did help my sore back. Walking did get better, but I can't promise the same about sitting down.
I travelled down to the hotel lobby and paused when I heard a lot of laughter coming from inside.
Peering my head in, I see Jensen sitting with most of his teammates at one of the tables.
"So Jensen, who was in the shower with you a two weeks ago in the locker room?"
Oh shit.
My eyes travel to Jensen, and I see him trying not to make any awkward movements.
"What?" He pauses on eating, the fork halfway to his mouth.
"The night we lost? I forgot something in the locker room and went back in. I knew you were still in there beating yourself up over the game, but someone was with you." Mateo, that's his name, looked at Jensen curiously.
A few of his other teammates glanced at Jensen, now very interested.
Jensen sets down his fork, scratching the back of his neck.
"Just someone." I barely manage to hear.
"I bet you had her moaning pretty good though if Mateo wants details." Another team member chimes in, and the table bursts out into laughter at that.
My face started to heat up in embarrassment, even though they didn't know it was me.
They even used the wrong pronoun. Did my moans really sound like a girls?
"Someone? Were you with her last night too?" Mateo pries.
Now Jensen is shuffling in his seat a tad, trying to keep his false confidence up.
"Uh..." he just gives a cough, and doesn't say anything.
I hear a few voices behind me, and so to not get caught eavesdropping, I walk into the breakfast room and head to the food, beginning to help myself.
