Spotting the girl with the number one placed on her shirt, Kuroo ran over to her, shouting her name as he dashed there.

„Y/n-chan!

The girl stopped moving as soon as she heard a familiar voice, slightly turning around, only leaning on her right leg.

Turning around, her face met with the dark haired boy's firm chest, as he looked down at her, instinctively placing his hands above her elbows to prevent her from losing balance and falling.

„How's your knee?

„Just like my latest grades.”

„Woah, it's that bad?”

She glared at him for a split second, but quickly softened the look in her eyes, as she slightly giggled.

„Yeah, that bad.”

He placed a grin on his face, still maintaining an eye contact with her.

„Can you walk to the infirmary?”

She hesitated for a second, before asking a simple question.

„Where is it?”

„Two hallways away.”

Still seeming to hesitate, she decided to act tough as she usually does.

„I can walk.”

„Are you sure?”

She glared at him again, before turning around on her right leg, attempting to walk ahead, but ending up with a flinching knee, losing balance completely this time, which almost made her fall.

Well, almost, because her falling was prevented by nobody else but the boy behind her.

„You don't have to act tough all the time, Y/n-chan. Let us boys have our moments.”

Grabbing her tightly as he spoke, he lifted her up in a bridal style, carrying her as she tried resisting.

„K-Kuroo, what the hell do you think you're doing? Put me down!”

„Chill Y/n-chan, I'm only carrying you. It's not like I'm kidnapping you.”

She poked his left shoulder, frowning angrily, as he smirked at her actions.

He stopped walking for a moment, turning towards plenty of windows.

„Look.”

„At what?”

„Do you see a white van?”

She rolled her eyes at his words, poking his shoulder once again as he now grinned widely.

„Kuroo, you idiot!”

He then turned in the primary direction, continuing to walk forward as both of them now laughed.

„I didn't know I had a hyena as a best friend.”

She spoke through the laugh, as he looked down at her, still grinning. Abruptly getting embarrassed by the fact that their faces were so close to each other, she leaned her face against his shoulder, attempting to hide from his gaze.

„Oh is Y/n-chan embarrassed?”

„Shut up idiot, I can still reach your balls from here, you know?”

She threathened as her face was still pressed against his shoulder.

„Scary.”

He uttered quietly, soon after stopping the walk, which made her finally look at him again.
