Unanticipated approach of sunrays showered the girl's face, as she frowned with her eyes still closed.

Attempting to open her eyes, confrontation of the glittering lines caused her to instinctively shut her eyelids once again.

„Why is it so sunny today?”

The girl spoke with hoarseness discernable in her morning voice, as she attempted lifting herself into a sitting position on her bed, but failed desparately, not even being able to get half of the way into a sitting position.

„Ouch!”

Feeling the overwhelming pain in her abdomen, the girl instantly opened her eyes, suddenly not bothering herself with the sunrays, since the sensation in her body was much more difficult to handle.

What the hell?! Did someone stab me in the stomach while I was asleep? This shit is painful.

Recollecting her memories of all the previous moments that could've caused any sort of pain in her body at the moment, she widened her eyes even more, still laying on her back.

Of course! I did fucking one hundred and sixty two push-ups yesterday! That's it... that has to be the cause of this!

„Fucking hell...”

Unexpected sound of her ringtone attracted her attention promptly, as she tried to move herself enough to reach her phone located on the night table.

Just barely managing to reach her phone after more than ten seconds of struggling, she slided her index finger on the screen, answering the call as she turned on the speaker.

„Good morning, Y/n-chan! How'd you sleep?”

„Kuroo, now's really not the best time...”

„Why? Did something happen?”

Contemplating on whether she should tell the truth or not, she finally answered.

„Listen, I have a problem.”

„What kind of a problem?”

„A serious one.”

After a few seconds of processing her response, Kuroo finally spoke again.

„What is it? Can I help you?”

„I don't know man. I just woke up like a minute before you called.”

„And you already have a problem? Damn Chibi-chan, devil works fast but you apparently work faster.”

The girl was quick to frown at his words, letting agression take over her face.

„Don't call me that! And as much as I'd like to laugh at your little observation now, I can't.”

„Why not? You gonna schedule a laugh for later?”

„Stop doing that, I'm trying not to suffer.”

The boy was obviously confused by her words, as it appeared to him as if she spoke in codes, not revealing her actual problem yet.

„Who suffers from laughing?”

„Apparently idiots who do one hundred and sixty two push-ups without thinking about consequences.”

The boy sighed, smirking on the other side of the call, but the girl could clearly notice his muffled laughter through the phone.

„Hey idiot, don't laugh! This is a serious issue.”

„Alright, so you're telling me you can't get up now?”
