The evening arrived faster than ever before, as Y/n sat in the kitchen, surrounded by the people she cared for the most, and of course, Riyuki.

During all this time they've spent planning out their New year's Eve celebration, Riyuki had spent too much time trying to be a part of it all, and ultimately, she succeeded.

By the time everyone was done eating dinner, four teenagers made their way upstairs into Y/n's room, pouring juice into their glasses, until they got bored of drinking only juice and spending most of their time just sitting in awkward silence, since Kenma, Kuroo and Y/n couldn't really relax in Riyuki's presence.

„So, what do you think about playing a game now?” Kuroo suggested, glancing at all of them shortly.

„What kind of a game?” Kenma asked, leaning his back against Y/n's bed.

„I would go for anything now as long as it kills this awkward atmosphere,” Y/n mumbled, laying down onto the floor completely, while Riyuki merely glared at her for no reason at all.

„What about a drinking game then?” Kuroo suggested once again, grabbing everyone's attention.

„We don't have any alcohol though...” Y/n added, glancing at the dark haired boy as she kept laying down on the floor.

„Or do we?” Kuroo said with a smirk plastered on his face, as he grabbed a bag behind him, revealing three bottles of alcohol.

„You sly fox,” Y/n muttered, rising up into a sitting position „when did you get those?”

„While you two were busy doing your thing earlier this day.”

Both Kenma and Y/n felt embarrassed after hearing his words, as they instantly glanced into each other's eyes. However, it didn't take long for them to break the eye contact, looking away promptly.

„What thing?” Riyuki asked, glaring at Y/n, and then glancing at Kenma and Kuroo.

„Nothing that you should be asking about,” Kenma said, glaring back at the girl.

„Okaay, so...the game,” Kuroo added, clearing his throat afterward.

It didn't take long for them to start playing the game, and even though Y/n had been hesitant at first, she promptly decided to go with the flow just this once, remembering the similar game she had participated in during Kuroo's party not too long ago.

They were playing a game of truth or dare, and if someone didn't want to answer to a certain question, or if they refused to do a certain dare, they had to take a shot of a drink of their choice instead.

After an hour, all of them were almost completely drunk already, especially Riyuki and Y/n, since they mostly refused to answer to certain questions.

So far, Kuroo was the least drunk of them all. Somewhat funny, since he was the one who had suggested this game.

„Alright, it's Chibi-chan's turn now,” Kuroo said, his voice a bit hoarse and the pace of speaking much slower than usual.

„Ah, not again,” she whined, laying onto the floor just like she did before they started playing the game.

„So what are you going for, Chibi-chan, truth or dare?”

„I'm going for Kenma...” she mumbled, rising up into a sitting position again and pulling the blonde boy towards herself, as he now ended up hovering over her in his half drunk state.

„Y/n I don't think this is the best time for this-”

„Shut up, just kiss me already...”
