Hook felt his whole world freeze for a moment.

Wendy's beautiful eye's were closed, but he could already see the bruising around them, her lovely lips split open, and her normally redden cheek bleeding. For that long pause he could only think that his last glimpse of his beautiful wife would be her all beaten up, because he had brought her into this.  The one thing that gave him true happiness was about to die right in front of him, and with that everything speed up again. Her head rushed forward, her hair flying around her beautiful yet bruised face, a small cry came from her lip's, she felt fear bubble inside of her, she stopped thinking, and she braced herself. The rope pulled hard and she flew back hitting her head on the ground. Hook's feet where pounding hard against the ground, the chef's booming voice rouse above the deadly silence.

"Tiger Lily!" The rest was unrecognizable.

"Wendy?" Hook pulled her into his lap, holding her tightly, ignoring the Indians,  "Oh jesses, I am so sorry, so sorry," he kissed her hair and cut her ropes with his hook.

 "Wendy, can you hear me?"

"I'm not deaf, why are you sorry?" she coughed

"Wendy, i want you to run, run as fast as you can and get out of here." he said lowly

"I'd rather die then leave you here alone."

"No Wendy," he hissed " I would rather live with you then die trapped. Get the other's, run and don't stop no matter what, do you understand me? Run." She quickly gave him a kiss.

"I love you" "Run!"

She got up clumsily, and ran as fast as she could, the tribe to distracted to move quickly. Some raised their bows and spears but Hook was able to stop them, the chief's yelling echoing. Some started to run after her but Wendy was to deep into the tree's now. Her breathing was heavy as she moved faster then she ever thought she could. She seen a dark figure and ran towards it, the pirate uniform recognizable. She ran, not stopping till she knocked him over, just to make sure he was real.

"Wendy?"

"Charlie! we have to go back to the ship and get the other's, James is trapped with the Indian's" she sobbed. Charlie stared at her in his arm's feeling better then he has ever felt before.

"We could leave..." He whispered

"Damn you!" she cried, and pulled away "Go to hell!"  she continued to run until she ran into a small group of pirate's and repeated her news, they started to assemble, feared faces, angry tempers and weapons ready.  The lost boy's forgotten, as was Wendy, leaning up against a tree, trying to catch her breath, her mind still uneasy. "Wendy..." Charlie came behind her

"I'm not speaking to you." "Wendy your hurt, let me help you back to the ship-"

"No!" she screamed at him "That is my husband! Do you understand me? I cant just leave him to die, I won't do that"  She tared to run back when he grabbed her arm "Take my sword"

"Thank you" I whispered and ran back.

Hook cursed the Indians around him, all but Tiger Lily who has inexplicably saved Wendy. He was ready to collapse when he saw the braids swing, and the rope pull back, her brown eyes set in determination.

Now he was tied up against a totem poll, the fire growing, and the chanting getting louder, his hook and the leather straps lying in front of him.

Tiger Lily was next to him, tied in the same ropes she had helped make with the rest of the women.
