Amber's POV:

Gina is braiding my hair when Max walks in.

"I brought Reid here..." He says, out of breath. "He's outside in the car."

"You just left him there?" Gina shouts, rolling her eyes.

"No, I left him with Pe-"

"Shut up!" Gina says, standing up in frustration. "Let's go get him."

Max puts an arm around Gina but she flicks him off.

I sigh, waiting for them to come back. I can't wait to see Reid. I hope he's not too upset about Pel...

When Gina comes back panting as well, I'm scared.

"He's gone!" She shouts. "Pel left with Reid! It's all Max's fault...oh my God..."

She turns to Max who looks so stressed.

"I'm sorry..." Max says, his blue eyes alarmed, running a hand through his hair. "My car..."

My heart starts beating. Where the f**k did Perri take him????? I calm myself down on my own.

"I know what to do..." I sigh. "I'll text him."

I get my phone at my bedside while Gina looks at me like I'm crazy.

"You can't just text him?" She shouts. "He's not going to just tell you where he is!"

"Gina...' I whisper. "Trust me, I'll get him back."

Gina still looks unbelievably stressed.

"Should I call the police?" She asks.

"No..." I say. "Just leave me alone for a few minutes."

Gina nods, before getting up and storming out of the door. Max follows after her, muttering apologetically.

I call Riley instead of Perri.

"Hello, Riley..." I say.

"Amber?" Riley says. "Long time, no see..."

"You know the other pills you gave me? At the party?" I ask.

"Yes....." Riley says.

I smile to myself.

"The ones you said could kill me..." I laugh. "Were you joking?"

"No. They're pretty dangerous. I haven't even tried them. They will be pleasurable but will probably knock you out for hours....or a lifetime..." Riley says. "Why?"

"No reason..." I say,

I remember I shoveled the 'dangerous pills' in my purse. I was so drunk I couldn't even think. I breathe a sigh of releief when my purse is at my side.

Then I fish into it to find seven little white pills at the bottom.

"So, they just dissolve in water?" I ask.
