When I shut the door, everything begins to go blurry again. What did I just do? I can't think straight but I make my way to Reid's room. I should take him away before anyone can find us but he's sleeping so peacefully.

I go downstairs trying to get as far away from what I did as possible. When I get to the foot of the stairs, there's a large knock on my door.

Don't answer it, Amber.

The knock gets louder and soon I can see Mitch through the window.

"Amber!" He shouts. "Amber, let me in. It's important!"

I open the door and let Mitch in, trying not to shake.

"What do you want?" I whisper. "Just go....please-"

"Danielle's hosting her annual breakfast meeting tomorrow...and she's expecting all of us to come....and Kim's going to be there with Kay." Mitch sighs. "I just want to make sure that Pel and I are okay with each other. I don't want him telling Kim what happened."

"Yeah, whatever..." I say, my heart racing. "I'll tell him."

"Amber-"

"I said I'll TELL him!" I shout again, getting frustrated.

I run a hand through my hair. It's tangled. Is there sweat on my forehead?

"Amber, you need to take it easy." Mitch says. "You're pregnant, now."

"I know..." I say, looking into his eyes. "Now, why don't you go home and take care of your own baby."

Mitch rolls his eyes.

"I need to talk to Perri..." Mitch sighs. "He's not answering my phone calls..."

Mitch tries to push past me but I block him.

"You can't!" I shout.

"Why not?" Mitch says, crossing his arms.

He's wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a pair of Adidas and a hoodie that I think Kim bought him for Christmas.

What the hell am I going to say to him? I take a deep breath. I don't know weather to burst into tears or faint. I put both hands over my mouth, only just realising what I could have done.

Mitch starts to look perplexed.

"Oh, what did you do now?" Mitch shouts, climbing the stairs quickly.

He turns around and looks back at me.

"Come on!" He shouts. "Come, help him."

"I can't look at him!" I say, grabbing my coat from the wall.

I put on my ugg boots quickly.

"Amber, where the f**k are you going?" Mitch exclaims.

"I just need some fresh air, okay?" I mutter, hyperventilating."Outside."

I clasp my hands on the door.

"Okay, well.....just take it easy. Don't do anything crazy. Don't do anything to your baby..." Mitch says.
