Chapter 11 : Dreamlike Reality

It was raining heavily.

He stood in front of a large building, he seemed to recognize it as the place he worked at.

It wasn't long before the raven haired man walked towards him, an umbrella in hand.

He smiled happily at the sight of him.

The raven said something with a teasing smirk on his face.

He seemed to say something back to the raven in retaliation.

And as usual, it was all too silent.

Naruto blinked his eyes open, and instantly felt his heart skip a beat.

Sasuke was holding him and sleeping soundly.

Naruto looked at him for a long time, feeling hella happy.

It felt like he was still dreaming.

Sasuke's eyes fluttered open, and he promptly met eyes with the blonde who was still very adamantly staring.

Naruto was startled but smiled shyly, "..G'morning", he greeted.

"morning", Sasuke smiled back lovingly.

They got up and went out, taking turns to freshen up and head down stairs.

It was Sunday and the boys were awake way earlier than usual. Itachi and his mother who were making breakfast in the kitchen looked hella surprised to see them both up 'n about this early.

After greeting them, Sasuke took a seat at dining table, and Naruto hesitantly asked if he could help.

They both politly declined and he went to sit next to Sasuke at the table.

They were having a super random conversation about western style breakfast and Japanese breakfast, And Itachi smiled to himself as he set the table.

Mikoto went up to wake her husband and call him down for breakfast. Then soon after they started eating, having a light conversation in between.

Mikoto informed her son and Naruto that she's planning to go out with Kushina today, smiling excitedly.

Itachi chipped in, saying he's going out with his friend too.

Sasuke perked up at that, teasing his brother about having a date behind his back.

Itachi smirked, rolling his eyes and telling him it's someone who's already taken. Sasuke clicked his tongue, and quickly lost interest.

Itachi continued to talk about how he was being forced by his friend to help him get his lover a anniversary present.

Mikoto happily provided various ideas of what places they could go to get the present, and they quickly got ready to leave as soon as they were done with breakfast.

Itachi was planning to leave a little later than his mother but he went to walk her till the place she was planning to meet her friend Kushina at.
