It had to end.
I worked on this season 4 for a year, on its French version and six more months on its translation and I hope you were not disappointed. English not being my mother tongue, mistakes may have escaped me and I apologize.
I must admit that it's very difficult to say goodbye to this story and I hope from the bottom of my heart that it's not a goodbye.
I embarked on this adventure last year because I missed these characters and their stories terribly. I found that season 4 was slow to come, due to this epidemic which still poisons our existence today.
I confess that since last year, I only live with the characters of 9-1-1. I ate with them, I dreamed with them, they accompanied me everywhere and I bless my little notebook with ideas to follow me wherever I go, too. 😅
I wanted this end of the season which marks the end of the series because I had absolutely no intention of doing a season 5. But the ideas keep flowing into my head and if I haven't had enough to make a new series of episodes, I voluntarily sowed small seeds in this end, in order to see if an alternative season 5 could see the light of day in turn (or failing that some episodes of Lone Star in connection with this season ) but I don't have enough ideas for a full season yet.
Maybe the seeds will sprout, you never know. 😉
Thank you again for having followed their adventures under my pen. It's nice to see that all this work hasn't been in vain and that it's been able to allow you to spend a little more time with the characters we love so much.
I'll keep you informed if new episodes should see the light of day.
