As Starsky watched his lovely wife drive off for work, He couldn't keep his mind off of what might happen today. I have a very bad feeling about it and wished I could be there with my wife through this whole thing. Watching her cry about this morning almost sent me over the edge. The drive to work was quiet but my thoughts were running in so many places. I hit the steering wheel because I felt like I is going to explode. Once I got to work I just sits in my car for a moment. I didn't even hear his passenger door open and someone get in to sat in the passenger seat. I felt a hand on his shoulder, I jumped, looked over with panic and fear all over his face. He calmed down when I saw it was Hutch sitting there. I just looked at him for a moment before I looked back down.

Hutch watched as his buddy just sat in the car without even looking up. Then he hit the steering wheel and he knew something was really wrong. Starsky didn't even look at him when he got in the car. But when he touched his shoulder he jumped and Hutch saw all the panic with fear all over his buddy. He just rubbed his shoulder trying to calm him down not knowing what was going on but it knew it had to do with Angel. He just sat there waiting for Starsky to talk to him, he really didn't want to push this. It might send Starsky over the edge if he did so he just sat there with his hand on his shoulder in hopes that Starsky's breathing would go back to normal soon.

Starsky sat there holding onto the steering wheel so tight that his knuckles were turning white. "Angel is the only one Hutch," he said through gritted teeth. Hutch looked at him confused as he asked, "Angel is the only one to do what?" "She is the only one that has to testify at the trial because she saw more than any of the other girls." he answered with so much frustration running through his blood that he hit the steering wheel again. Hutch squeezed his buddy's arm to help him calm down as he is trying to make sure he stays calm. He is not happy about all of this and he has had a bad feeling ever since Starsky told him that she was undercover. "She asked her boss about having me there because she didn't want to do it by herself but he said that was not a good idea. I get it but she is so scared, Hutch." He said as he looked at Hutch for the first time since he started talking to him. "You should have seen her this morning, she started crying and didn't want to go to work. She even got sick to her stomach last night, she told me it was nervous but I don't believe her. It is something else I know it is and I have had a really bad feeling about this whole thing since she came home last Friday to tell me that she was going undercover. But the feeling has gotten worse since she told me she was the only one that has to testify at the trial." Between the fear, frustration, anger and tears coming to his eyes, it is a wonder if he could even see Hutch at all.

Hutch just sat there listening to his buddy tell him about it and now he is more worried about Angel than ever. Scared, got sick and after he saw how she looked so pale yesterday before they left the park. Something is off and wrong for sure. Not only with her but also with all of this mess. "Buddy, I know you are worried about her and I am too. But I know the girls will help her out any way they can and be there for her," he said trying to give his friend some encouragement. But that is not Hutch's strong point, Starsky is always the one that is positive but this time the coin is flipped, Starsky needs all the help he can get at this point. "I know that but I'm still worried. She did say that she was able to leave right after she gave her testimony. I told her to call or text me when she got out so that maybe we could meet up. Just to be able to see her or something." "Starsk, that is a good idea. How about we talk to Dobey about it and see if he could give you some time off when she calls? That way you can spend the rest of your day with her to help her out as much as she needs. Because to be honest with you, I think once she sees you, she won't want to let you go for nothing."

Starsky nodded as he said, "Yep you are right about that for sure, but I think it will go both ways. I won't want to let her go for nothing as well." Hutch gave Starsky another squeeze on his shoulder as he said, "Well then let's go talk to Dobey about this right now." Starsky nodded before both of them got out of the car to go talk to their caption. Once they walked through the station, they made their way to their captain's office. Starsky took a deep breath while Hutch knocked on the door. "Come in," they heard their captain say. Hutch opened the door and let Starsky walk in first. As soon as they did, Hutch could see the look of concern on Dobey's face when he took one look at Starsky. He then looked at Hutch with a look of what was going on. Hutch looked at his captain as he said, "Cap, we need to talk to you about something that is happening today and then ask a question." He then looked at Starsky to see him sitting in the chair with his arms resting on the arms of the chair as his hands were folded together and his chin resting on his hands.

"Okay, what is going on," Captain Dobey said as he looked between both of his men. Knowing what Starsky is going through, Hutch thought he would fill their captain in. If Starsky needed to tell what is happening then he can interrupt him and he knows it. So Hutch started telling their captain about all they knew so far. From Angel going undercover, to her getting sick and to her being the only one that needs to testify at the trail. Starsky just sat there staring straight ahead as Hutch filled Dobey in on everything. He couldn't think straight at the moment. He is still really worried about Angel and the feeling that he has that just won't go away for nothing. He just wanted to hear her voice, hold her in his arms and know that she is okay. "Cap, she is scared and wanted Starsky there but her boss didn't want that. But when she gets out, she will call or text Starsky to meet up." Hutch said as Dobey interrupted him at the end. "Yes you can take the rest of the day off and tomorrow to be with your wife, Starsky." Captain Dobey said.

Starsky just sat there till he heard his captain say he could take the rest of the day off and take the next day off to take care of Angel. "Really captain," he said in surprise. "Starsky, I said take the rest of the day off and take tomorrow off to take care of Angel. But you have to work till she calls or text you." he said as he watched Starsky very closely. He is starting to worry for the both of them, with the way that Starsky has been this past week, he would rather have him take some time off to take care of his wife then be at work. He was more useful at home than at work at this time and Dobey knew it. "Now I want you both to get working and keep me updated on what is going on, got it?" he said as he looked between them both. They both nodded as Starsky got up to walk out. Dobey looked at Hutch, "look out for him." he said very softly with worry in his voice. Hutch nodded as he knew that was what he was going to do from the start. As Hutch walked out of the office he saw Starsky just standing there looking at a file in his hand. "Is that the case we were given?" he asked in hopes he can help get his buddies' mind off of his worries. But he knew that was not going to be easy or even be able to do that. Starsky just nodded as he handed the file to Hutch and sat down at his desk.

Meanwhile:

Angel is getting more and more nervous as time went on. At some point she grabbed Bri's hand and held it tightly in hopes that it would help her calm down. All I want to do is go home and be with David, at least I know I'll be safe then. As I sat there and listened to the trial, I felt sick. I thought I might start throwing up again and hoped that it wouldn't happen. Bri saw that something was wrong, so she leaned down to ask if I needed some air. I told her that if I walked out of the room then I was not coming back at all. She nodded knowing full well what I meant and she just sat there trying to keep me calm. When it was my turn to testify, I handed Bri my phone because I knew I couldn't have it with me. I got up, walked to the stand and then answered all the questions. I took slow breaths the whole time in hopes that I would not throw up. After I answered all their questions, they told me I could step down and I couldn't be more happy about it.

I walked over to Bri as she handed me my purse for me to leave. I walked out of the building so ready to just get out of there and happy it was all over with. I reached into my purse for my keys when I remembered that Bri still had my phone. I turned around just as someone grabbed me. I almost fell over as they put a gun to my head. I saw the girls come running with guns pointing at the person that had a hold of me. "You take one more step and she is dead." said the person that had me. My whole body froze, fear and panic was starting to take over my whole body. Just then I heard someone say, "Drop it.'' Then I heard a gunshot. I watched as Kelly was shot, she fell to the ground and then everything went black.
