KIRA POV
It's been a couple days since we were taken from the house. I don't know where we are or what actual day it is. I just know I've watched the sun set twice. I don't know where the others are, we were separated when we were taken out of the house. I thought she was dead, Falco. I've been contemplating ever since I woke up. I don't know how she could have survived that. I don't know, I don't understand. The door opened and the lights turned on, they were bright, making it hard to focus.
"Hello Kira," Jazz walked in front of me, "it's a shame that none of you put up a bigger fight."
"Where are they?" I tried to jerk myself forward, "what did you do!"
She chuckled softly, "you aren't getting out of that spot. They aren't getting out of theirs. In fact, you're all in the same room. Each person can see you but you can't see any of them."
"You're lying," I growled, "you're trying to play mind games. I'd be able to smell them, hear them. Now, where are they!"
"Oh you're so feisty," she smiled while standing up, "wouldn't you like to know? I'm sure it's just killing you not knowing where they are. I'm sure it's killing you to not see their faces and how beat up each of them are. How close one of them is to dying right now, as we speak." My heart sank and I roared out as I continued to try and break the chains that were wrapped around my ankles and wrists. The door opened again and in walked Falco. My eyes narrowed as she made eye contact with me.
"You," I growled, "you should be dead."
"Should and are, are on very different ends of the spectrum," Falco walked closer to me, "can she see the others yet?"
"No," Jazz smirked, "she doesn't think they're in here."
"Oh well lets prove her wrong shall we?" she snapped her fingers and they all popped up around me. I had no words as I looked around at each of them. Justin and Jace were unconscious. I could barely recognize Rowan and Kai. Esme was still hanging on but she was really hurting. I could feel it.
"What did you do!" I shook the chain and roared out, "let them go!"
"We can't do that," Falco chuckled, "you see, you sent Cassie away. We want her back or someone here dies."
"What?" I asked, "that- that's impossible. I sent her away, I don't know where I sent her. I don't know where she is. I took her magic and that was that. She's gone. She isn't coming back."
"Well then," she walked in front of Jace, "boyfriend it is."
"NO!" I cried out, "please. Please! You haven't done anything to me! Hurt me. Don't hurt him. Hurt me! Please!"
"What fun would that be" Falco asked once more, "hurting him will get to you most." My heart was racing a mile a second and I felt like I couldn't breathe.
"Maybe she's right," Jazz stepped up, "we haven't done anything to her. Why?"
"Well we were hoping this would be enough," Falco sighed, "but it clearly isn't. I say we just kill the boyfriend. It'll make her talk."
"I think it'll do quite the opposite," Jazz looked at me, "we're going to clear the space like it was before and we can get started." Falco snapped her fingers and I watched the others disappear again.
"What do we do first?" Falco turned to Jazz, "should we hook her up or?"
"Sure," she nodded her head, "sure let's do that but she'll need both." A few seconds passed and Falco pulled over two tables. One had wolfsbane and the other... the other I wasn't sure off. The needles were pushed into my arms and instantly I felt the wolfsbane take action. A burning started up my left arm. I felt the same in my right arm and realization hit me.
