"huh? what are you on about?"
"you and draken...it's all your fault!"
"we're gonna kill ya~ white cheetah."
the taller female looks around cautiously, she was thinking of the best way to deal with this, however the situation didn't seem to be on their side. the girl was strong, incredibly strong...but not against ten individuals, who were clearly bloodthirsty. her best chances at winning would be going berserk, but she couldn't do that because emma was here. the second she takes her eyes off of the girl, one of them could hurt her. and she wouldn't forgive herself of emma got hurt.
"emma, listen to me. i need you to run and call someone...anyone. wait for them somewhere safe and don't come back alone." hoshiko glances at the female for a mere second, but as soon as she looks away, the guys start attacking. a fight breaks out immediately.
"i-i won't leave you a-alone!"
"GO, EMMA!"
"n-no!"
hoshiko turns around for a split second to try and reassure the girl that everything will be okay, but as soon as she does, one of the guy jumps at her with a bat. she manages to react fast enough and grab it before it connects with her head, but an another guy mimics the first one and attacks her from behind. this time, the bat slammed against her head harshly, making her vision become blurry for a second.
"emma..go..get help."
the younger female realises that she was distracting the girl, so she runs away quickly, tears running down her face. one of the guys starts to chase her, but hoshiko is quick on her feet. flipping in air, she jumps over the guy and lands blocking his way. she grabs him by his hair and slams his head against her knee. wasting no time, she charges at the others.
meanwhile, emma sprints through the booths, her phone pressed to her ear. obviously, mikey was the first one that she called, but the boy didn't answer. draken was her second choice, but he didn't answer either. so the third one that she called, was the first division's captain, baji.
after a few rings, the boy picks up. "what do you want, emma? shouldn't you he on a da–"
"b-baji!" her voice cracks as the tears keep running down her cheeks. the boy immediately picked up the fright in her voice and the fact that she was crying. he was hanging out with chifuyu, so he quickly puts her on speaker.
"what's wrong? are you and nico okay?"
"peh and a bunch of other guys attacked us! i tried calling mikey or draken but neither of them pick up! hoshiko told me to run and call you, so i left here there...they hit her in the head with a bat!"
