"well, well, well, look who it is. the goddess of racing and cars, imaushi hoshiko herself!"

"hello piss-hair!" the girl jabs back at hansen, irking him like usual. although she was not completely fine and the only thing that stopped her brain-piercing headache was incredibly strong painkillers, she still wanted to see the first official race of the new generation. and seeing all of the crews brought ease to her heart, seeing how easily and lightly everything was running.

she saw people smile, laugh and enjoy themselves, rather than glare at each other viciously and go by the idea of kill or be killed. she saw a member of the syndicate, well, ex-members, running around with their new crews and taking a jab at each other.

it was chaotically peaceful, and she loved the new feeling. and while her heart craved to stand among them, leaning onto her own car, she was rather content standing away and observing the scenery. she was pleased with her own accomplishment.

"all jokes and stupid banter aside," hansen sighs, leaning onto the wall beside her. "are you really dropping out? i won't have the pleasure of competing against you?"

"as much as i would love to join the scene, my pockets are completely dry from making this happen. i'm a poor hoe with no wheels. and even if i could work my way to get a car, it will be too late to join the scene then and my presence would ruin the flow. so this will be the end of my racing career."
