Chapter 10
Two girls were in the bottom two, and the one named Stacey got sent home. After the show, Amber ran to her dressing room, hugged Nick, Zac, and Rob starting to cry all over again.
Ryan knocked on the door giving Amber her pink envelope with her name on it this time. “It’s next week’s song, and this time the theme is Rock and Roll; but the judges picked what song they want you to sing,” he told her.
“Thanks,” Amber said talking it.
“Well, go have fun. Good night,” he left them alone.
“Let’s go home,” Nick said.
“Well, why don’t you two come over tonight to my place,” Zac said.
“Are you sure?” Amber asked.
“Yeah,” he smiled. “It’ll be fun.”
“Okay,” Nick agreed.
They left with Rob behind them and heads to Zac’s place in his car with Rob not far behind.

When they got there, Zac surprised Amber with his friends from the HSM cast, and Kenny Ortega too. They had a party for Amber and Nick because of the announcement, and moving onto next week. Amber found the envelope in her back pocket, pulled it out, talked to Zac, and he nodded.
He made a whistle sound, “Hey! Everyone, Amber is going to open the envelope to announce the song for next week!” he called out.
Everyone gathered around to hear what it was.
“Ready?” Amber asked loudly.
“Yes!”
Amber opened it, read it, and then read to everyone, “Amber, your song for next week is a Rock and Roll song ‘You Give Love a Bad Name’, by Bon Jovi.”
“That’s a good one,” Corbin told her as everyone cheers.
“I wonder if you’ll get to sing with his help?” Zac asked her.
“I don’t know,” Amber answered.
“What are you going to wear?” Monique asked.
