Chapter 15

            Amber went in back to see Leslie, Steve, and Paul waiting for her and cheered when they saw her.

            "You did it," Leslie said hugging her.

            "Thanks," Amber smiled.

            "I'm proud and happy that you got that note," Steve told her and hugged her.

            "Thanks," she said. "I sorry on what the judges said; it's not my show until the winner is announced."

            "Hey, you did better than any of us," Leslie told her.

Amber nodded and looks at Steve, "You're next. Good luck."

            "Thanks," Steve told her and walked to the stage.

            Paul hugged Amber, "Let's go watch Steve."

            "I'm changing first," Amber smiled.

            "Well, I'll help you out," Leslie said.

            The girls quickly went to Amber's dressing room to get Amber out of her dress, and into the clothes she had for her country song, and made it back in time to see Steve sing his song on the TV.

            After the show was over, Amber went to Nick and Zac this time, and hugged them both.

            "You did it!" Nick told her as they hugged.

            "I know," she said hugging him, kissed him, let go, and turned to hug Zac.

            "Thank you for the dedication," Zac told her as he hugged her.

            "You're welcome."

            "You did great too."

             "I'm not nervous either."

            "Good."

            "You looked great tonight too," Nick told her.

            "Thanks," she smiled at him.

            "Let's go back to my place," Zac told them.

            "Okay."

            "What about the hotel?" Nick asked.

            "Oh, Zac asked me to stay with him, and the doctor thinks it would be best too."

            "Okay," Nick said.

            They head in back to get Amber's stuff, and left.

            Later that night at Zac's house, Amber went downstairs after she cleaned up to see Nick and Zac watching some movie that was on TV.

            "Oh, hey sis," Zac said smiling at her. "Come sit down between us."

            "No, it's okay." She sighed, "I'd like to talk to both of you really."

            "Oh," Zac said and turned the TV off with his remote.

            Amber went to sit down in her favorite chair that she could curl up in, and watched the guys.
