Day 1- About Feelings

We'll start off with, what are feelings? By definition, feelings mean an emotional state or reaction, or the emotional side of someone's character; emotional responses or tendencies to respond. Which in simple terms, human emotions. So, how do we people use them? Feelings are a way to express how we feel. For example, you are at a party with all your friends, you would express it by saying "I'm feeling happy" or your friends can see that you are feeling happy. Another different example of feelings is something similar to liking, for example, you like this person you met, you grow a liking for that person, which is an example of feelings. With all this, we also need to ask ourselves, do we trust these feelings? Well, it usually depends. It is normally best to follow the feelings from your heart. As one wise person once said, "Follow your heart", which would mean following the feelings of your heart, because following the feelings of your heart is more passionate than just the feeling of the mind. Lastly, the what-ifs, what if people never had feelings? Simply speaking, the world will feel bland. For example, like you enjoy doing something but you have no feelings about it, so like in a way you don't enjoy it, I know it's confusing. But think about it, you live a life where the whole world doesn't smile,  that's how it is like! Without feelings, the term 'True-love' wouldn't exist! but that's for another time. Anyways, thank you for your time to read and move on to Day 2


Day 2- About Life

Day 2, let's talk about life. So, what is life? By definition, it is the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death. BUT, this is just the general answer. Dive deep and you'll find out about the very complicated question of "What's the meaning of life?" or "Why are we here? What are we here for?" etc. It is an answer that I myself don't know how to explain. Heck not all of us can. But we don't know why must we exist, but we need to appreciate that we are here for a reason, a reason which is to some may be unclear, but as life goes on, we all will find out the reason why we're here but for now, we should appreciate it as it is like a one-off thing, that's why it is precious. In life, we will face highs and lows in search of the answer, some others because of the inability to find an answer, would prematurely leave the world, which is a sad sight to see, but we can stop this, and what we only need is courage and strength. In order to have the courage and strength, we would need friends, but that'll be for Day 3.
