This is an interesting title to ramble about, or for me at least. Because there are so many 'What if' questions out there that it is hard to pick one. SO I decided to do two, slightly political 'What if'
First, is what if the May 13 incident never took place? One of the most controversial topics in Malaysia. Here is a wiki page to read about the whole incident: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/13_May_incident
From what I interpreted is that a Chinese ruled political party won the 1969 General Election, the Malays were unhappy which led to the 13 May incident, so the thing is what if the riots never happened? What if we had remained with that party? Would we have a better/worst Malaysia?
The riots gave an advantage to the Communist Party Of Malaya. Here comes my second 'What if', what if the Communist Party had won? Would they have followed the developmental path like China or would it have followed the path of the hermit kingdom, North Korea?
These are the What if I usually ask myself.
Disclaimer: All of this here are my personal thoughts and shouldn't be taken seriously
