Day 17 - About Loss

*apologies for being a day late*

As they always say, "life is not a bed of roses". We all have highs and lows in life, one of the lows being loss. By definition, it means the fact or process of losing something or someone. Loss in something, for example, the money you invest in something or in a business, but you didn't garner any profit from it, it's called a loss. Losing assets as well is considered a loss. And in another for loss, which is losing someone in your life, for example, your best friend or family member passes away, that is called a loss as well.

Despite facing all these losses in life, we should always learn to move on, as this sadness could affect our lives. to move on, maybe take a break for a while from social media, if not talk to a friend for help! Anyways, see you on Day 18. Remember, life is precious!:)

Day 18 - About a Song

Ahhh yes, one of my favourite subjects. So, what song am I gonna be talking about? Well, I'll be talking about Let It Be by The Beatles. Paul McCartney wrote this song when one night, his late mother, Mary McCartney came into his dream and said to Paul "Let it be" which inspired this song. The lyric, "When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be" it was said that Mother Mary here was usually mistaken for the Virgin Mary. But was actually about Paul's mother, Mary. There are many more of the meaning behind it I can write about, but it would take forever. So here is the link to check out the meaning behind the music.

My opinion on the song:

Well, it was the first Beatles song I have ever heard, it was very touching and I loved it a lot when I first it, I always listen to it when I feel sad. So, yes I recommend this song for everyone to listen!

Anyways, that's all for Day 18, remember, life is precious :)
