Ahhh Penang, an island once colonized by the British and the Japanese later on in WW2, Penang is no short of history for sure! Oh and the Penang mainland, but we don't talk about them But today, I will not talk about boring ol' history, instead, I will be talking about what Penang is very famous for, hawker food! Penang, just like its history, is no short of food as well! Penang has lots, and I mean lots of food, either just from Penang itself, or from all around Malaysia. From foods such as Penang Laksa to KL Hokkien mee, Penang Char Kuey Teow to Klang Bak Kut Teh. They have it all here. A Penang hawker centre can be found literally anywhere!
Penang hawker centres are the only reason why you shouldn't go to fancy restaurants! Don't ever come to Penang and avoid the hawker places, or else we'd rather have you banished.
