Now, on the last day, sadly :'(

*another ramble*

I actually want to talk about the thing that plagues motorsport, money. I would be rambling about pay drivers. So who are pay drivers?  Pay drivers are F1 drivers who use money to pay their way into Formula 1, so what actually makes a pay driver? From my perspective, a pay driver is a driver who is all money, no talent, and when making their way in F1 by  "stealing"  other driver's seat.

For example, when Force India went into administration, Lance Stroll's father, Lawrence Stroll bought over Force India to save Force India, but with ONE catch, one of the seats will have to be given to Lance Stroll. And that was what happened. In 2019, It was announced that Lance Stroll will replace Esteban Ocon at now Racing Point. This enraged F1 Fans as Lance Stroll "stole" the seat from Ocon who had actual potential. But over the 2 years, Lance Stroll had proven he was a decent driver and had since been ignored by most F1 fans.

On the other end of the scale, Nikita Mazepin, He used his father's money and got his way into F1 with HAAS F1, he enraged the community because of how he got into F1 and err something else. Despite being a pay driver, he wasn't like Stroll, Mazepin's performance was weak. But we gotta give him a chance as this was his 1st year in F1, and that HAAS sacrifice their 2021 F1 car for 2022.
