So, my mom bought me McDonald Cheeseburger today, and safe to say, it wasn't worth the MYR6 ($1.43) that was paid for it. It is wayyy not worth it compared to the burgers you can buy at the roadside for MYR 5 - 5.50 ($1.19 - 1.31) *depending on location*.

Look at this Cheeseburger by McDonald's, it is just buns covering a slice of patty, cheese and pickle with sauce. To add to that MYR 6, I don't feel satisfied after eating it, I don't get that fullness that I would normally have eating the roadside burger.

Unlike the McDonald burger, this bad boy got lots of sauce with mixed vege, cheese, and patty wrapped in a fried egg.
All yours for just MYR 5.50(depending on the location of the shop) for this bad boy! In USD, it may not be much, but 1 Malaysian Ringgit difference is quite a save and wayyy more worth it.
So as a conclusion, you're paying MYR 6 for the name of the company, not for the quantity of food in McDonald's
