Third Person POV

As Kai lays in his bed, after hours of trying and failing to sleep he finally falls into a deep sleep.

Only an hour or so after he falls asleep his phone goes off. He contemplates ignoring it when he notices the ring tone. It was Gray. He grabs his phone and answers the call still half asleep "Hey angel *yawns* what's up?" Checking the time, it's three in the morning. "B-Bubs I'm scared." They whimper into the phone. "Lovely, take a deep breath for me. You'll be alright." They start to calm down slightly but we all know just breathing won't end a panic attack. "Now hun what's going on?" His voice quiet and calming.

"My parents are on a business trip and I'm alone. It feels like the walls are caving in. Please help me." This wasn't the first time this has happened so Kai knew just what to do. "Ok bubs I need you to lay on your back and close your eyes. Don't think of anything but the sound of my voice." They do so and he continues coaching them through this attack. "You're alright. I'm right here with you. Nothing is going to hurt you and I'm not leaving." His voice is smooth as silk and is one of Grays comforts. "I miss you Kai.. when are you coming over?" They ask trying to distract themselves.

"I'll be over tomorrow and I'm staying until your parents get home love." He smiles softly as he hears a soft giggle come from the phone. "You remember last time you came over when my dad walked into the living while we were cuddling and he made gagging noises?" He laughs quietly, getting hit with all of their amazing memories. "Yeah I do. You looked so scared until he smiled and gave us a thumbs up. You're precious." They yawned and giggle again. "Mmmm I love hearing your voice." Soon enough it over took them as they fall into a peaceful sleep.

As promised Kai stayed on the phone. Listening to the soft breathing of his lover. As his eyes got heavy he whispers "I love you" then falls asleep.
