Back at it again with the MullyDub because we all know it's the best ship. I know the names I use aren't their actual last names but I don't know Josh's so this is what I've got to work with. Let me know if you think I should make a part two to this, I really like the way it turned out so I might even if no one asks lol :D Also yes it isn't October anymore but I meant to get this out on Halloween night, I lost the motivation and here it is now.
Josh's POV After putting the finishing piece on my costume I stood back and smiled. It's taken me a whole month to get all the pieces then put them together.(Picture of costume at the bottom) Once I put it on I did a little twirl in the mirror, my heart was racing. I'm in love with how this looks on me. Doing my make was a bit of a struggle since I didn't want to risk getting anything on the dress but I finished it up and made my way downstairs.
Mully was standing at the bottom of the stair case looking awe struck I hadn't let him see it until I had finished I wanted it to be a surprise. "You... I uhh... You look amazing" he stuttered. I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Thank you doll face." After putting on my high heels I was finally the same height as him. "Come on now lovely, I want to get out there while all the little kids are out." I've always loved showing off my outfits especially when I made them myself. Mully held my hand as we walked out, he was dressed as the beast from Beauty and the Beast makings this perfect. I could feel his eyes traveling my body "If you're good maybe I'll let you get some when we get back home." I smirk as he blushes a dark shade of red. Walking down the street a little girl comes up to me with the biggest smile on her face, "Are you a real princess??" She asks. "Why of course I am. And this is my prince." Pulling Mully over to me he bows. "Do you think I could be a princess too?" "Definitely! Anyone can be a princess." She giggles and hugs me "Thank you!" A women walks over to me and I'm assuming it's her mom, she looks me up and down with a disgusted face. Ignoring her I pat the little girls head "Have a good night hun."
Mully and I continued walking around. We soon got bored of playing Disney songs so I started blasting Weezer. (I did that XD) Singing along to the music made this whole night even better. Some people said they loved my dress while others gave dirty looks. "You look so beautiful in this moonlight, a true angel." He says while looking into my eyes. "You're sweet bub. I love it out here especially with you." Kissing him carefully as his arms wrap around my waist. Thank god I have make up on because I'm blushing like crazy. "That dress really suits you. You did a great job." I laugh slightly, still holding him. "When did you become Mr. Affectionate?" "I'm not sure but I think you'll become Mr.Slays." He says quietly. "Wha-" Kneeling in front of me I'm confused as hell until he pulls out a small box. Immediately tears are brought to my eyes and I'm at a loss for words.
"Josh Dub, ever since the day I met you I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. You've been by my side through the good and the bad. No matter how annoying I get you stayed and I can't thank you enough. You bring the smile to my face when I'm scared of losing it all. I wake up and I pinch myself. You're with me, not someone else. This is why I want to ask... Will you marry me?" His voice is shaking and I can see the fear in his face. "Yes! Baby yes!" Slipping the yellow diamond onto my finger he kisses me, pulling me closer to him. "I love you so much Mull." He wipes my cheeks softly. "I love you too and I always will."
At this point we'd been walking around for hours and my feet were killing me. "Babe are you ready to go? These heels fuck up my feet." Mull gives me a concerned look. "Do you want me to carry you?" I shake my head then take off my heels. "Ok lovely. It's getting pretty cold." Now I'm shorter than him again. -_- Holding his hand as we walk back to our house, my heart is full, a smile seemingly stuck to my face and a beautiful ring on my finger.
"Tonight was perfect hun. Thank you for this." He picks me up carefully. Keeping me close to his chest as I start shivering slightly. "Of course angel. This was great." Carrying me inside he gently caresses my cheek. I love this man. Holding my hand out as I study the little ring on my finger fills my heart with joy knowing he's all mine. "How about you go get into some comfy clothes and pick out a movie while I make some hot cocoa?" Hugging him tight I nod before getting out of his arms. "My bub." he chuckles quietly "All yours lovely."
Mullys POV
Walking into the kitchen I grab Joshs' favorite mug and the hot cocoa mix. It's fucking cold out right now so I know this will make this already perfect night even better. Putting the milk on the stove and start popping a tray of chocolate chip cookies into the oven. The whole kitchen began to smell heavenly as Josh walks in wearing just an over sized hoodie and boxers. "I'm cold Mull, come cuddle meeee" swooping him up im my arms as he giggles, wrapping his arms around my neck. "My angel baby." A light blush shows on his pale face. "Mmm warm" he buries his head into my chest. Rubbing his back as I sit on counter. "Don't let me walk in those heels for longer than three hours ever again. I'm going to have blisters for days bub." Kissing his forehead and keeping him in my lap. "I'm sorry love, I'll give you lots of cuddles and we can take a hot bath." His beautiful blue eyes shined brighter than the stars in the sky. "Thank you! You just made this night even better." standing up carefully I sit him on the counter "I need to get the hot cocoa and I made cookies." hearing his cute little giggle makes my heart melt. Pulling out the cookies I set them on the stove to cool while I pour the cocoa mix into our mugs. Josh hums quietly as I bring the mugs to the kitchen table. His cute smile and big eyes watching me place them down, "It's hot hun. Be careful." Grabbing the mug he blows on it before taking a sip. "Mmmm. Brings back memories." I blush slightly as memories of past dates come to mind.
Imma end it here because I'm losing motivation and want to get this out today. I'll start the next part soon. ❤️love y'all
