IMPORTANT NOTE AT THE END
[THIRD PERSON POV]
Davina's left hand was grasped tightly around the wooden bar of Rebecca's crib, supporting her weak body. The Penton girl's eyes grazed over her sleeping child, taking in every inch of her face.
"She isn't going to break while your asleep doll." Bucky murmured.
Davina's head shot up to stare at him. His eyes were closed, half his face covered by the pillow, though she could just see his signature smirk, sneaking over his features.
She moved her gaze back to her baby, taking in a deep sigh. "I know.. I-I just.."
"I know." He whispered.
She turned back around, eyes latching onto his ice blue orbs. He sat up, concern plastered over his eyes as he started to stand, moving towards the two people he loved more than anything else in the world.
Bucky snaked his arm around her waist, pulling her exhausted body closer to his, allowing her to lean into him and relax.
He felt her body melt against his, and he moved to stand behind her, both arms around her waist so she could relax further.
She breathed out another heavy sigh as his lips pressed softly against her head, before his chin moved to rest on top of her head.
"What the fuck have we done Buck.." She whispered.
Bucky's grip on his doll tightened slightly at her words, his mind started to rapidly buzz, though before he could think of something to say, she spoke again.
"People are going to find out.. A-and it's not only that.. We now have something we love more than anything.. Do you have any idea how easily she could be used against us? What about HYDRA? That threat, it hasn't just disappeared-"
"Stop." He cut in, his voice firm.
"What?"
"Stop it.. Vina, doll, you haven't slept in 36 hours.. you need sleep-"
"No, no, no, I'm fine, your over exaggerating." Davina shook her head rapidly, though still refusing to leave the comfort of his arms.
"I'm over exaggerating? Vina, come on." Bucky chuckled, smiling into her hair.
She allowed a short laugh to leave her mouth. "Yeah.. Maybe your right."
"I'm always right."

[Four Months Later]
Bucky glanced down at his phone, a frown instantly taking place across his features. Without looking up from the screen, he called out from the kitchen. "Hey Vina!"
Davina raced into the kitchen, smacking her hand over Bucky's mouth, causing the man to stumble back in surprise.
"Are you crazy? I just got her to go to sleep! If Rebbie wakes up again I'm moving out!" She gasped, slowly removing her hand away from her loves mouth.
Bucky's expression didn't change, he wore the same solemn, concerned face.
Her brows furrowed together. "What's wrong?"
Bucky brought a hand up and ran it through his hair, placing his phone down on the kitchen counter and moving to take a seat at the island, gesturing for her to sit down across from him so they could talk.
Davina swallowed down her nerves, the girl's mind already racing through all the hundreds of possibilities that could cause her lover to be so anxious.
Her train of agonising thoughts were cut off as Bucky's hand lent across the table to rest on hers. She took in a shaky breath, looking up at him with concern.
"What's happened?" She mumbled.
Bucky sighed, giving her hand a small squeeze before returning it back to his side of the table. "Look.. Vina, we both knew this would happen eventually.. It was only a matter of time before we would get roped back into this.." He started, anxiously running his metal hand through his shoulder length hair.
"Honestly.. I'm surprised it took this long for this to start up again."
Davina groaned loudly, bringing her head down to rest on the table.
Bucky didn't chuckle, he didn't smile, nor did he show even the slightest sign of amusement as she brought her gaze back up to his.
His lack of expression seemed to stab at Davina's heart, alerting the girl of just how serious this really was.
She knew what was coming, she knew what he was about to say. She didn't want to hear it, Davina wanted everything to be fine, like how things had been for the last four months. Happy.
Davina Penton tried desperately to focus her mind away, allow her thoughts to escape into their own little world. Her eyes wandered away from her shaking hands, and towards the open kitchen window.
She watched as a small fly flew around the window, before flying inside. Her mind wandered to the vegetable garden she'd told herself she would eventually plant, though knew she never would.
The anxiety creeping up the Penton girl's veins forced her to face her troubles, forcing her to face the next words to tumble out from Bucky's perfectly pink lips.
"They're back doll.. It's bad this time-"
"And we have to go back." Davina finished for him, her face hiding all the pain which was burning inside of her.

So I need to say this because I can't keep making up excuses for posting late.
I'm finding it extremely difficult to find the motivation to write at the moment, so I may take a little break from Wattpad. This break may be a little confusing, I could post another part in two days, then not post for two weeks.
My mental health has taken a bad hit, and although writing usually seems to help me, I can't feel it helping me at the moment.
I'll try my best to get parts up every now and then, I truly am sorry.
