Perrie's POV:
It's been almost two weeks since Jade told me all about her insecurities and things were good between the two of us. To be honest, we almost act like a couple nowadays, minus the sex and the label.
The lack of sex isn't because I don't want to. I just don't know if Jade is ready to show me so much skin again, so I'm just waiting until she initiates anything. We did have some very hot make-out sessions so I wasn't complaining at all.
For the last two weeks, I also have been busy planning our second date. This afternoon we are going on a treasure hunt I planned out, which will end at a cute little Italian restaurant that looks out over the River Thames.
When Jade told me about her self-harming and awful thoughts about herself, I realized I wouldn't survive if I ever lost the beautiful brunette. It was just then that I also figured out my real feelings for her.
I am head over heels for Jade Thirlwall.
The plan is to ask her to make us official tonight, but the anxiety about her answer could maybe get in the way of that. What if she says she doesn't want anything serious with me? Our friendship would be ruined.
Okay, no. I'm not going to think about that right now. I'll just enjoy the date with the gorgeous brunette that is currently walking out of her room.
Her outfit is casual, but she still manages to take my breath away. She's wearing ripped jeans with a button-up white shirt on top, her makeup is natural and her hair flows down her shoulders in loose curls. She looks flawless.
"Hey, beautiful, are you ready to go?" I say, grabbing her waist. I try to kiss her, but she leans back, so I can't reach her. The look of confusion must be evident on my face because Jade chuckles and answers my silent question.
"I only kiss after the second date. Only if I like it, of course." She smirks playfully. I just shake my head disapprovingly.
"Oh, Jadey, as if you'll be able to resist kissing these lips," I say cockily, pointing at myself. Jade's mouth hangs open and her eyes widen in fake shock as she lays her hand over her heart.
"Game on, Edwards." She scoffs.
This date is going to be even better right now. I'm going to tease the hell out of her.
I grab her hand and lead her out the door. The first clue of our treasure hunt is a little paper under my car's windshield wiper. Just like I thought, Jade notices immediately.
"What's this?" She asks while she grabs the paper and unfolds it.
Dear Jadey,
Congratulations, you have found your first clue! The following clues will be a little harder, but you're off to a great start.
Throughout this evening, you will have to figure out which moments about us I'm referring to and you'll have to go to where they took place to find your next clue.
And don't try to make me spill the answers to you. It won't work.
Ready?
First clue: go to the place where you first fell for me.
Love, Perrie.
Jade shrieks as she reads my note. "Oh my god, Perrie. This is going to be so much fun!" I smile at her childlike enthusiasm, damn her cuteness.
Seconds later, she's deep in thought, trying to think of the moment she first fell for me. "I fell for you right inside our house. Don't tell me you're just being a little pervert and leading me straight to my bedroom?"
