Roxas' eyes narrow as Axel takes a step towards him.

"Don't even try." Roxas snaps and Axel frowns, but makes no more advances towards him.

Xion frowns, eyes narrow as she looks between them. She crosses her arms as her gaze meets Roxas', "Okay, tell me what the hell is going on. Now."

Axel looks away, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. Roxas sighs harshly, "Axel and I had a bad breakup."

"You told me you guys used to date, but why all this hostility?" Xion doesn't look like she's planning to take anyone's bullshit today. Roxas grits his teeth, biting his tongue as he looks away. It's not something he wants to say out loud, especially not with Axel standing right there. Xion looks between them again and after several minutes of silence she's sure neither of them are going to elaborate on the situation.

"I'm still waiting on answers, guys." she huffs, raising an eyebrow, "Well?"

Axel sighs, the first to speak this time, "There was this.. Huge misunderstanding and----"

Roxas' blood boils at Axel's words and before he knows it, he's stormed up to Axel and shoves him back as hard as he can, "You call what you fucking did to me a misunderstanding?!"

"Whoa! Hey!" Xion pulls Roxas back a few steps as Axel stumbles back against the couch.

"How many times are you going to make me fucking apologize?!" Axel snaps back, storming back over. Xion gets between them, "Enough!"

They ignore her as Roxas shouts, "As many times as I think I deserve!"

"Guys--" Xion tries, looking between them.

"I've spent months trying to get back on your good side! Are you ever gonna let this go?!" Axel shouts back.

"Stop," Xion says to deaf ears.

"Fuck you!" Roxas tries to slap him, "I've told you I can't just get over it!"

They keep shouting over Xion, jostling her as they both keep trying to get around her to get at each other almost like they've forgotten she's even there. She gets knocked down, letting out a yelp as she falls against the coffee table, knocking it over, the glasses that were on it shatter against the floor and the shouting stops.

Axel steps towards her and Roxas glares at Axel as he kneels by Xion, "Why the fuck did you push her like that?!"

Roxas looks at Xion, his eyes softening as he helps her sit up, "Are you okay?"

"Xion, I-I am so sorry.." Axel shakes his head, clear remorse in his eyes and guilt across his face.

Xion pushes Roxas back to get his hands off her. She glares at him and then at Axel, "Both of you, sit the fuck down. Now."

Roxas is confused and stunned. That is not the reaction he was expecting. He definitely wasn't expecting Xion to be angry with him, he's not the one who shoved her. Axel frowns, though he still looks upset, he really didn't mean to hurt her. Xion pushes herself to stand, huffing, "Did I stutter? Sit down!"

Roxas stands and walks over to the couch, sitting as far from Axel as he can. Axel sits as well and they watch in silence as Xion picks her coffee table back up, inspecting it to make sure it's not broken. She glances at the glass on the floor then at her friends, "You're buying me a new coffee table. Coffee cups, too."

Axel just nods, not sure what else to say. The silence continues as she cleans up the glass with a broom and dustpan and once she's done cleaning up, she takes the empty seat between them, "Here's how things are going to work. Are you both listening?"

She glances at each of them, waiting for them to agree and once they do, she continues, "I'm now your free therapist. If you both want to exist in my house, you follow my rules. Absolutely no fighting, and anything you break you're replacing. Got it?"

They nod again and she speaks up again, "You're both welcome in my house, you're both my friends. I'm not giving anyone special treatment, you get on my nerves, I'll kick you out. You break into a fight like that again, you're getting kicked out, no questions asked."

She pushes her hair off her face, sighing, "Now, do you want your therapy together or separate? 'Cause it's happening, I'm not dealing with all your drama, this is not negotiable."

This is definitely not how Roxas expected today to go. He sighs, running a hand through his hair, "Separate.."

Xion looks at Axel, raising an eyebrow. Axel rolls his eyes, "He wants separate, so do I really have a choice?"

"Don't sass me." she states and he shakes his head, "Fine, separate."

"Good." she nods, "Now, do you guys want coffee or tea to accompany your mandated therapy?"

"Whatever's fine." Axel crosses his arms, finding the whole thing stupid.

"Same.." Roxas looks about ready to bite off his own tongue at being in agreement with Axel. Xion rolls her eyes, "Coffee it is, boys. Now, sit here and be good while I get it made."

She gets up and walks into the kitchen. Axel glances at Roxas wearily, "Roxas---"

"Don't talk to me." Roxas says simply, staring ahead.

Axel glares at him, but obliges, looking away after a moment. Xion comes back after a couple minutes with two cups of coffee. She sits them on the coffee table then goes back to the kitchen to get her cup. She walks back over to the couch, smiling lightly, her eyes unreadable, "Okay, Who wants to go first?"

Neither Roxas or Axel say anything at first and then they glance at each other and look away again just as fast. Xion sighs, "You pick or I will."

Roxas rolls his eyes, "Fine, I'll go first."

He picks up his cup of coffee and Xion gestures for him to stand. He does and she looks at Axel, "Enjoy your coffee, and if you're not still here when I come to talk to you, you'll owe me more than a few cups and a little table. Got it?"

"Got it." Axel frowns.

Without another word, she turns and heads to her room, gesturing for Roxas to follow. He does and he feels a little weird for being in her bedroom, like he's breaking some kind of rule. Xion sits on her bed, rolling her eyes, "Oh, wipe that look off your face, Roxy. You're gay, I'm gay, let's not make this weird. We both know nothing sexual is happening in here between us."

He chuckles awkwardly before walking over and sitting next to her, "Right.."

She smiles lightly, "Dr. Xion is in, tell me all your problems."
