tw: mentions of drug addiction, slightly descriptive sexual content
a/n: I mentioned on my page that my story apparently has text to speech now? I think this might mean a reader requested it, because I did not (bc I didn't know it existed lol). If any readers are hard of seeing and want to listen to the story I can try to publish shorter chapters, because I think some won't load the text to speech if it's too long a chapter. But if there no problem I'll just continue how it is :) just want to make sure everyone is included in the reading

"Rafe, turn your phone off," Bexley groaned. The ringing was persistent. Rafe barely opened his eyes, grabbing the phone, ending the call. His arms wrapped around Bexley again, pulling her closer as they both tried to drift back to sleep on the large couch.
Never in his life had Rafe Cameron felt more relaxed than when Bexley James laid on him.
His phone rang again.
"Just turn it all the way off," Bexley complained.
He snatched it, looking at who was calling. "What the fuck?"
The confused annoyance in his voice piqued her curiosity.
"Who is it?" Bexley mumbled.
"Wheezie."
"Oh." Bexley picked her head up, in a better mood. "Answer it."
"Nah," he said, about to end the call.
Bexley snatched the phone from him. "Then I'll answer it," she said, mocking his tone from the day before, when he answered JJ's call for her. She put it on speaker. "Hey, Wheezie!"
"What the hell? Bex?"
"What the fuck do you want?" Rafe asked his sister, groaning.
"Wait, Bex, are you at the Glissons' with him?"
"The Glissons'?"
"The owners of that house you're in? How'd Rafe con them into letting him crash there?"
Rafe just said into the phone, "I didn't tell them is how, alright? Keep a lid on it, Wheezie."
"I am here," Bexley continued. Her eyes widened. "Do you want to come over?"
Rafe frowned. "What?"

ROCK BOTTOM ~ Rafe Cameron // OC // JJ Maybank
FanfictionJJ's biggest flaw was his recklessness, and his bad ideas. Honestly, that didn't seem that bad to Bexley. Rafe's biggest flaw? Jealousy. Pure, uncontrolled jealousy.
