WITH WARM CHEEKS and a heartbeat so loud that it felt like anyone could hear it, Mina waves at Takinoue and Shimada who certainly weren't expecting to see such a familiar face here. She softly rubs on her cheeks like the redness would die down if she did, then approaching the two men who leaned on the scratched railings, weight shifted onto one leg as their attention was consumed by the players warming up below. It's as loud as it has always been inside these walls and the girl has to take closer steps to them for her to make out what they're saying.
"...-e didn't expect to see you here, Mina-chan!" Takinoue grins. "You're a big fan of the games now, huh?"
What he said wasn't a complete lie, but it was more so of the person rather than the games. The thought of this brought up what happened earlier, causing another wave of heat to bloom from her cheeks. Mina groans internally and it slowly kills her on the inside— she most definitely was going to be thinking about that for the entirety of the day, or even the whole year, she supposes.
Kageyama was never the smoothest but he does have his moments.
"You're looking a little flushed, Mina-chan. Are you coming down with something?" Shimada gives her a concerned look as he takes in how red her cheeks were.
"O-Oh, no! I am okay! Just, super warm right now," She yanks the collar of her shirt and fans herself, acting like this didn't involve that certain person. "I got lost like last time."
Her little fib worked on them as the two men laughed about how she was poor with directions, and truthfully, she felt a little bad. Mina hasn't personally disclosed to them that she's dating Kageyama, but it wasn't like she needed to tell people because it wasn't any of their business. If they knew, then they knew. In her mind, she's apologized for not telling them but there wasn't going to be an answer if there's no question.
