Badi barkat hain tere ishq mein,
Jabse hui hai badhti hi jaa rahi hai.

The next morning Mehr woke up to a ton of notifications on her social media. She hurriedly opened the app to check what had happened, only to find that Arsalaan had posted a picture of her and Eshal together. It was a candid photo in which Mehr was kneeled down in front of Eshal, and they both were laughing. Mehr instantly recognised the moment from yesterday night. It was after dinner, while saying bye to Eshal she had tickled her a little. Mehr had no idea that Arsalaan had taken their picture and was going to post it.

Coincidentally yesterday Mehr and Eshal were twinning in blue, so for caption, Arsalaan had just put two blue hearts and tagged Mehr. That was enough to drive the followers and a few media companies crazy. The comment section was filled with people asking if Arsalaan and Mehr were dating, and reacting to how cute Mehr and Eshal looked together.

Mehr also saw a lot of inboxes that had come to her regarding the same questions. A few magazines and entertainment news had apparently done some articles over it too.

Is Arsalaan Zaidi dating the Hussain princess? Read one of the headlines, and Mehr laughed out loud.

Mehr commented on Arsalaan's post, 'My cutie!' and ignored every other question and messages that had been asked about them.

The wedding was in a week, so the preparations needed to start right away. Zartaaj, along with Anabia and her daughter Duaa, arrived at the haveli with a very famous and Mehr's favourite designer. They all spent some time choosing the wedding and other functions' outfits. All the time the guests were there, Faiza didn't come out of her room to meet them.

After they left after lunch, Mehr went to see Faiza.

"Why didn't you come to meet Zartaaj Aunty and Anabia Aapi?" Mehr politely asked her mother.

Faiza didn't bother replying.

"Ammi, I'm asking you something."

"Because I cannot pretend to be happy in front of people." Faiza said in a clipped tone.

"Do you have to pretend to be happy in my happiness? Why are you so against me marrying Arsalaan?" Mehr retorted back.

"Because he's not right for you." Faiza snapped.

"Just because he has less money compared to Baba, and has had a previous marriage doesn't make him bad, Ammi." Mehr tried to explain to her. "He is a wonderful human being. And trust me, he'll always keep me happy."
