On the way back from dropping Kristen off. Janaya couldn't shake the feeling that she had. The house was beautiful it was just giving off a bad vibe. "Hey, um...did you get a...bad vibe from Kristen's house?" Janaya asked Andre. She was hoping that he felt it too, and it wasn't just her.

Andre knew what she felt, 'cause he felt it too. But he didn't want her to worry, so he told her no. The thing is Janaya could tell he was lying his butt off, which just made her worry more. When they got home Janaya immediately ran upstairs not giving any thought to the boys who were still in the living room watching TV.

They gave Andre a curious glance, but he just shrugged his shoulders. When Janaya reached her room she got on the laptop that Jervonte bought her, and started researching things about Kristen. She didn't want to be too nosey, but she just wanted to make sure her new friend is okay.

She started by searching up Kristen's name, then she went into medical records, and learned a lot of things about his parents and him. There was nothing bad about it, but she still had an off feeling. She decided to take a break, and hack into other things. You're probably wondering how she can hack so good. Well, she learned how from her real dad.

Her real dad was her best friend. They did everything together. He had to go on trips often, but when they were together they were inseparable. One day he gave her a box it was full of jewelry and other things. Her father told her that it was her mother's thing. Of course, he added more things to it. He knew that she would need those things in the future.

A few weeks after he gave her the Jewelry box he disappeared. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into years. She still remembers him vividly, but when she does she gets sad. Some days when she won't act like herself because she would be thinking of her father.

Janaya knows her father is alive. It's like she can feel it. She just doesn't know how to get to him. Janaya has never met her mother, due to the fact that she died while giving birth.

That's one of the things that Janaya and her new family have in common. Andre was married to a beautiful woman, but she was killed by one of Andre's enemies. After all of that happening, when they were all still grieving. Andre's oldest son was kidnapped. They are still searching for him, but they keep getting dead ends.

After a while, Janaya's door opened Julian stepped in. "It's time for dinner" he stated quietly and then left the room without another peep. Janaya was a little worried about Julian. If you looked deep enough you could see the pain in his eyes, and Janaya saw it. She walked downstairs, and into the dining room.

As soon as she sat down the maids brought their food down. They all started eating after saying their grace, of course. After a few minutes into their dinner, Jervonte broke the silence. "How was your first day at your new school" The question was obviously directed at Janaya. All the boys including Andre stopped what they were doing to look at Janaya. They all knew what happened at school except Jervonte, and even then the only person who knew how and why it happened was Andre.

"I made a new friend. I met all of my teachers. Sassed my first teacher of the day, and fought a boy a recess. You know, the usual." Jervonte sat there shell-shocked. "If it helps you feel better I beat my personal record of being suspended from a new school. It was three days, and now it's half a day." She added on. She was high-key feeling proud of it.

"Who did you get in a fight with?" It was Jervonte who asked the million-dollar question. "A little boy... He kept getting on my nerves. Then my teacher was getting on my nerves TOO. She knows she did me dirty...knowing she didn't brush her teeth or take a shower." She mumbled Jamar who was sitting beside her heard her and started to chuckle. "Them people trifling." She added.

Janaya continued talking, but she started from the beginning of the day. As she went on Jevonte didn't know what to say he was proud, and low-key disappointed that she got into a fight on the first day of school. He nodded his head as she went on, and ate at the same time. Soon after the dinner Jervonte understood the situation and was proud of her for standing up for her friend. They all went up into their rooms and fell asleep after a hard day of school and work.

Or so they thought...
