It's been about a week since the arcade and the kidnapping ordeal. Janaya hasn't told any of her family about the kidnapping cause what could they do? She has been missing her father more and more, but Kristen coming back to school has made her not as sad.
Speaking of Kristen, he has moved in with his aunt. He is starting to get used to being a kid. He likes this new dynamic and likes his family even more. He is getting used to having a lot of people there for him and loving him the way a family should.
Today Janaya was going to school, and she was super excited to see all her friends after the long break they just had.
"IT'S TIME," shouted Janaya as she ran down the stairs towards the kitchen.
"What do you mean 'it's time'? You really wanna go to school today?" asked Andre. Sometimes this child weirded him out with how different she was from his children. He gets that every child is different. He's just not used to having a child that actually likes to go to school for a non-booty call reason.
"Yep," she responded sitting in her seat that she can just barely see over.
Andre hummed as he put the sausage on the grease, stepping back as it popped. As soon as the aroma of the meat caught in the air there was a thunder of footsteps coming down the stairs. The boys were coming down the stairs all at once pushing and shoving each other on each step they take.
"So whatcha cooking dad?" asked Jahmal as he was unsurprisingly the last one down. As soon as he said that all you hear is a tumble and a scream.
"I'm ok," screamed and groaned Jamar as he got up from the ground. When he got up he pushed Jervonte for pushing him. He laughed as he ran from him knowing that Vonte would get him back for it if he didn't.
