Tauriel POV
It had been at least three weeks since I had returned and my condition wasn't getting any better. I still hadn't told Legolas and  think that he is getting suspicious. I have been more distant lately and he would definetly know something was up because through out our whole childhood we told each other everything. I was heading down to the healers right now to see how if my condition had gotten any better. When I arrived at the halls, Gwennalyth almost instantly was at my side. She took me to now what was my room. "Hold out your arm Tauriel," she said I did as she said and she drew some blood and collected the blood in a container. "I will just go and check to see if the poison is still in your blood and if you are any better, I'll be right back." she said I nodded. She returned about twenty minutes later. With a grim look, I knew it couldn't be good. "Tauriel, it is still in you blood stream and you haven't gotten any better, you have gotten worse, if this keeps up you may die unless you go to the undying lands." she said. I put my head in my hands and I could feel the tears streaming down my face. "I'm sorry Tauriel," said Gwennalyth she came over to me and hugged me.

Legolas POV
Today I was spending the day with Araniel. Again. She wasn't bad company but all I wanted to do was be with Tauriel. She had become quite distant lately and I was worried about her. I turned back to Araniel her eyes were closed and she had a small smile on her face. "Araniel, how would you like to go on a tour of the healing halls?" her eyes snapped open and she grinned "I would love to, I find healing quite interesting" she said. I led her to the healing halls and showed her around. We were nearing the back of the halls were most of the rooms for patients were. When suddenly one of the doors swung open and Tauriel walked out. Her face was tear stained and pale. She leaned against the door and closed her eyes and a single tear ran down her face. She then opened her eyes and stood up straight and turned towards us. Her eyes widened when she saw us, but she started walking hurriedly past us but before she was out of sight I saw another tear roll down her face.
