Thranduil POV
Today was the day Tauriel was leaving. I was quite upset but ofcourse I did not show it. Tauriel was like a daughter to me, I had raised her since she was an elfling. But I was not as upset as my son Legolas was. He was absolutely heart broken, he had spent the entire week with Tauriel. They were now saying there goodbyes. Legolas walked over to Tauriel and pulled her into an embrace and whispered something in her ear. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes, she then proceeded to kiss him. They broke apart and rested their forheads against each others. "I love you" I heard Legolas say "And I love you too" Tauriel replied. Just as she was about to leave she left one more lingering kiss on Legolas lips and walked away. My son stood there staring at the place his love had just been standing. He started walking over towards me. I put a comforting hand on his shoulder "You will see her again" I said, he nodded and stalked off.
