Tauriel POV
I had excused myself from dinner and I practically ran to my chambers. As soon as I got to my chambers I ran to my bathroom and vomited in my sink. I vomited my whole diner up, and as soon as I was finished the coughing started. I was coughing into my hankerchief when I realised there was something on it. I looked at it and saw blood on it. This couldn't be good, I would have to go to the healers now to tell them how much worse I had gotten. But then the coughing started again, now that I knew it was there, I could taste the blood in my mouth. I let out a sob and let the tears flow.

Legolas POV
When dinner had finished Galadriel, Celeborn and my father Thranduil had dismissed everyone stating that they had to discuss something of importance. Haldir and Araniel had returned to their chambers, I had decided to go and see Tauriel. When I reached her chamber I knocked lightly. "Come in," I heard her say, I opened the door and she was sitting on her bed, still in the dress she was wearing at diner. I walked over to her took her in my arms and she wrapped her arms around my neck. She buried her heas into the crook of my neck and let out a small sob. "You don't know how much I've missed you, Tauriel" I said and held her tighter. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes our lips were inches away, then they met. How I had been longing for the feel of her lips on my own. I pulled away from the kiss so I could breathe. I rested my forhead on her own and sighed in content. I sat on her bed with her in my arms. She rested her head on my shoulder, "Tauriel how did you get back?" I asked her she tensed slightly "They let me go," she said. I knew she didn't want to talk about it so I let it go. Her breathing then became even and I knew she was asleep. I soon fell asleep too. I woke the next morning lying next to Tauriel, I smiled and kissed her forehead lightly so I didn't wake her. I knew I had to leave before someone knew I was missing. I rose from the bed and left with one more fleeting look.
