Two hours later the trio sat on the beach and relaxed into their little paradise; the only paradise they shall get to have.

They all wished they could stay there; but Alex knew that Barlows was depending on him to win. "Guys, I think we should continue."

Zain and Natalie took a few breaths, knowing that they have to move on.

"Are you guys ready?"

"I think so," Zain responded with a sense of nervousness.

"Let's do this," Natalie was confident and determined to get through this knowing she's not alone. She didn't care about winning the challenge; she cared about the fact that she has someone to be on the same boat as her. For the first time she never knew what it was like to have a special someone beside her; someone who won't blame her, hurt her, bring her down as if happiness doesn't exist. She thought she wouldn't have survived if it weren't for the friendship, courage, and loyalty that Alex and Zain had for her and for their friendship; which is one of the reasons why she is actually devastated on how complicated things have been for them since they first walked on this island.

Little did they know that one first step on the grounds could change their lives; through pain and suffering, yet reasons to be strong and perseverant.

"3 2 1!!!"

They dived into the lagoon and saw how bright the underwater was for the sun is gazing upon its life. They saw several peaceful fish swimming, hiding in seaweed and anemones. They swam with froggy-kicks. They immediately saw a cave and swam inside.

Now the cave appeared to get darker and darker as they swam further and further. They didn't know where they were swimming to. They went up relieved they can finally breathe again.

They climbed out of the cave pool and saw in front of them torches, diving masks, along with pistols and harpoon guns. They geared themselves up and could finally see the rocky darkness.

"What do you think is in here?" Zain was loud enough to get Alex to hush him.

"I have no idea," Natalie replied, "But I don't like it."

"A monster I'm sure," Alex rolled his eyes.

"Maybe."

The trio walked slowly whilst keeping alert. They felt cold and frightened.

Zain screams when a gang of rats ran across them.

Natalie accidently stepped on one when she didn't notice and now her shoe is filled with rat guts. Natalie was really disgusted. She was afraid of looking at her shoe for she didn't want to see the horror of rat death under her shoe.

They made a quick pace to their left until they have encountered something much worse than a series of rats; a giant spider!

The spider had glowing red eyes and red ends on its legs. It roared as soon as it gazed into their eyes. Knowing that the trio didn't have swords, they couldn't do anything except run.

They ran not knowing where they were going; they felt like they were in a dark maze with no way out. They took out their pistols and tried shooting at the spider, missing every mark. When Zain finally shot it, it got angrier; angry enough to actually pace faster.

The trio took every direction they could possibly find.

Suddenly, a venomous snake frightened them, preparing to take a bite. They screamed and tried to get past the snake. The spider was so close until it stopped to take the snake and snap it in half.

They sprinted and screamed and the spider was gaining up on them.

Finally, they found another cave pool and dived so quickly with the spider so close to grabbing Zain's foot. They swam knowing they can breathe through the mask. They searched around saw absolutely nothing; the area appeared to be so lifeless. As they carried on, the water got brighter knowing that they have got through the cave.

The trio swam up and saw a forest. As they were swimming to the edge, Natalie went down screaming underwater. An eel has got her and is about to make a snack out of her. Natalie tried to get her harpoon gun out but it dropped down. Her mask got loose and fell along with the gun.

Alex and Zain swam and down and they both tried to shoot the eel with their pistols. The pistols ran out of bullets and Natalie was close to drowning. Alex and Zain took their harpoon guns and shot the eel but missed. The harpoon guns only had one shot and were unfortunately wasted.

Zain was swimming to find something sharp to kill the eel. Alex swam to the eel trying to punch it enough to loosen its grip over Natalie. He tried to strangle it and the eel was resisting and trying to take a bite out of Alex.

Zain found a dagger hidden in seaweed. He took the dagger and swam as fast as he could.

Natalie was about to give in.

Zain almost bitten by the eel but Zain took a stab to its head first. Blood spattered out making a small portion of the water red. It loosened its grip over Natalie and sank down to the watery ground. Alex and Zain took hold of Natalie and finally got onto grassy grounds.

Alex applied pressure on Natalie's chest. He tried again and again determined not to give up on her. Zain noticed that Natalie looked like she was losing her pulse. Then Natalie spat out water and coughed loudly. The boys were relieved.

Alex tried to catch his breath, "Anyone up for another break?"
