Alex and Zain struggled to find anything. There was nothing but greenery everywhere except patches of brown on the ground that is either dead grass or mud, and claw marks all over the trees. Some of the grounds had bits of dry blood and rotten carcasses. Alex and Zain hoped there weren't any predators anywhere.

Natalie ignored the suspicions. She felt brave yet some might think she is careless. She was persevered and really determined to help Zain with the cheetah. She had doubts in her mind but also had the mental strength to fight them.

She stood on a few sticks; then reacted to their cracking sound. She began to hear strange sounds, like she alerted something. She then heard sounds that almost sounded like growling. She looked up at the trees but she couldn't find anything there. It seemed as though the sounds were moving and she had to follow them with her clever ears; she wanted to avoid those sounds but she couldn't; there was no way of escaping into silence.

As the mysterious sounds grew louder, she found an empty den, filled with skeletons and carcasses everywhere. Natalie was breathing loudly.

The carcasses smelt so rotten that Natalie couldn't help but immediately leave it alone to avoid its ghastly smell of death.

She saw skeletons with jaws wide as if the bodies were screaming loudly as a last resort. There were brown ripped uniforms, ripped enough to present naked skeletons. As much as Natalie felt so terrified but pitied the dead, she felt they benefited her; for she had found the skeletons carrying weapons surrounded by cobwebs and crawling spiders. She found swords and shotguns and her personal favourite - bows and arrows. She destroyed the webs and dusted off all the filth, giving herself brown dusty fingers, and retrieved as much weapons as she can. She took three shotguns and swords and one bow with a quiver of twenty arrows; along with sheaths and belts to carry them. She jogged her way out of the den. Little did she know that that there were predators spying on her on the top of the trees.
